WELL at least the food was more than warm, not hot but better,also food was put together nice not falling out of the bun.
You need a an attitude check with your employees big time. Asking questions and getting smart answer. Then when we ask if you... got the sandwich we told you they said no but took 10 mins to answer us. So we left. Attitudes much. Don't take two ppl toanswer rudely. Read more
My food wasn?t hot, it was just warm. I got a whopper without onions and I wanted cheese on it as well. Well they put onions on... my burger and I found a huge chunk of lettuce on my burger as well, and that is where I drew a line. They did an awful jobmaking my food today. They should work on learning how to cook food properly and make sure it?s hot not just warm. Read more
Went though the drive thru to get my grandson his chicken nuggets and onion rings. I grabbed a fish sandwich. The line wasn't... long and we were back on our way in a few moments. Read more
Last 4 times I went here we hafto heat up our food because it's cold and soggy... Being that we don't live to far it's deff not... getting that cold in the 1 minute drive back home. Food taste like it's microwaved. I love the food and im sure this doesn'thappen day to day. And I also understand they are probably short staffed and it's tough. But I believe after the 4th time ofhaving a problem in a row I need to say something ... Not to mention the 2nd time I had an issue when a lady rudley grabbed mymoney out of my hand, and then we received our food with mayo covering the wrapping.. I let that slide out of kindness but whatis goin on? This BK is usually amazing... Other than these recent problems, this BK has always been one of my favorites. Read more
Drive through line was a little long, so we went inside. It's been so long since I was here, that this was the first time I used... the kiosk. Once we were finished ordering, our order was done fairly quickly. All was good, except my milkshake was not theflavor that I ordered, and it was a quick trip back inside to make an easy exchange. Went to Roaring Spring location tonight, about 8:45. One car in drive thru, so I go inside. One girl looks at me shuffles... around like she didn?t see me. She looks at me again, goes and fills one carton of fries and starts a conversation with a guyin the back. Had to be told to wait on me.
