I have got food from here several times, always had it delivered..Today my Girlfriend and her Granddaughter wanted food from... here so I ordered online to pick it up on the way home from work..I was waiting for my food and I took notice to the employeesthat were making the food were not wearing gloves as is required by the PA Department Of Health..I know this is a requirement asI have worked in several restaurants myself and one thing that was always preached to employees was to make sure we had gloveson when handling food or making it..One thing I also took notice to was one employee who was making food it looked like he hadeither a Bandaid or tape on his Thumb, I don't know if he had cut himself but he was touching the food with the hand it was on,I also took notice to the one girl making food only washed her hands once after making a bunch of different things..I amseriously thinking this will be the last time I get food from here.. Great amazing customer service. And when paying for extra meat they actually give you what you pay for.. and they're so polite..... food is always hot and made right the 1st time.. Def stop everyday after work.... would recommend this foxs to anybody Read more

Took my 4 year old granddaughter to pick up dinner. Customer service was terrific, they paid extra attention to her and answered... her questions, was so polite they even showed her from the counter as her own personal bambino cheese pizza was exiting theoven. We only waited an extra 5 minutes (if that) and it was well worth it to see my little girl walk out smiling, laughing andtelling the workers she would see them tomorrow. First time ordering: 2 stars are only because delivery driver was friendly and so was the worker on the phone, which was very... nice. However we didn't get our full order. Out of two salads that were ordered, only one was delivered. We just won't beordering from here again. That may not seem like a huge deal to people but we spend too much money for our family (there's agood many of us) when we order out to even bother thinking about giving pizza shops second chances when there's so many aroundhere. Seeing so many bad reviews for this place really should have been an indication as to how the order would go. But you liveand learn I guess. To edit to respond to owner who I knew would be defensive from reading other comments: I have no reason tocall the shop when it's obvious your customer service is awful. Or I would have. Your replies have been off-putting from thestart and I have no reason to assume you'd be decent in person or on the phone when you can't respond even decently on yourreviews. But I will leave my review as is. With someone who gets obviously defensive as opposed to anything else. The shopisn't worth dealing with. ??????????? And just to clarify. I got the chicken fry salad, which should have been named the lettuce fry salad. As in most places where I buy chicken salads,... ¾ is lettuce, most notably recently at The Dragon's Den here in RS. There were a few tiny chunks of chicken, and about 6slices of fries. Very disappointing - I was hoping Fox's would be different than the others, but they are not. Read more
absolutely horrible service, stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone speaks to you, even after noticing you?re standing... there. no idea what?s going on in the kitchen when they do speak to you, or if your order is complete/ or even started. nocommunication. while sitting & waiting i saw they also do not wash their hands. one week in and it seems like they?ll be shutdown before too long. ended up walking out, after realizing they didn?t even start the order till walking in and asking.
