I really enjoy their pizza and boneless chicken! Ordering via website or app is awesome giving younthe status of your order.... When they are busy, if possible, do carry out rather than delivery. You'll get your food much faster, fresher, and save a fewbucks. Read more

Have an issue ordering from here probably 4/5 times I order. You'd think I'd learn. This time it was ordering NO CONTACT... delivery in which the driver told me I had to sign the receipt and would not just drop the food off.... like they're supposedto. This the first time this has ever happened. Called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything for me. Nocompensation, no credit, no resolve at all. THEN I ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY FOOD. Burnt garlic knots, cold pizza, and forgot EVERYSAUCE I ORDERED. Pizza not even cut through all the way and looks like a child cut the pizza, and supposed to be NY style, thebig slices. No point in calling up there again as I'm sure they won't do anything for it yet again. Such bad customer service!Also started off with a phone call saying they were out of every pop flavor I ordered. Wow. Get it together! Also, no questionabout it, everything should've been refunded. Do not do delivery. Never. I?ve done pick up many times before? good pizza. No problem. It?s my closest place. Tonight, I called... at 5:45, placed order for delivery. Quick and easy. Was told 25 minutes to delivery. At 6:50 I called back and the auto-machine now said it was only 39 minutes (?!!) until my delivery. I called back again and got a person who said ?MAYIPUTYOUONHOLD? andimmediately placed me on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up and called back. They tried to do it again but I said ?NO NO NO NO?while she was talking and said ?IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PIZZA FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS AND CANT TALK TO ANYONE.? She still put meon hold. She came back after maybe 15 seconds and said the delivery person had just left. I explained ALL of the above. She hada pretty monotone voice and said ?sorry, we?ve been kind of busy tonight? and hung up. Wow. Edit: the pizza arrived cold, withabout half the amount of the normal cheese, and not sliced** at all. I literally lifted the entire thing out of the box with twofingers. Also, evidently someone at corporate saw this review because I got a mailer apologizing for ?my recent experience? notbeing up to their standards. I appreciate that, and I will use the coupons at a different store. I do like papa Johns, but I?mleaving the rating the same because (1) it is for this store, (2) it is a pervasive problem, and (3) it was not addressed by theparticular store (actually the entire interaction with the store was really bad). **Edit2: I?m realizing after reviewing my picthat the lack of slicing could have been because it was the ?jack o lantern? special so they didn?t want to mess up the face. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Next, I end up getting a text saying it?s ready for pickup. I called the store to ask them can... they deliver it as stated on my order. The manager was RUDE. Straight up lied and said someone picked up my order, I assured herthat couldn?t be true because we were waiting for the order. She then goes on to over talk me, in a very condescending tone, andhung up on me without even discussing my refund. I called back and she screened the call and told me she said what she said. Icould not believe this as it was happening so I called back and just asked for a refund and also for her name.
