In my opinion, Subway should pay its employees enough to care about the quality of the work they do and about giving people at... least a modicum of customer service. The staff at this location do not care how they treat people or care what the customergets. Today, the person attempting to make a sandwich could not understand what I was asking for no matter how specific I was orhow many times I repeated myself. Extremely frustrating interaction and I just left without food because there was a line behindme and I felt ridiculous repeating over and over that the loaf of bread she chose was bad. Read more

Employee's at this location ( atleast the ones who made our sandwichs) don't care what the customer gets. Ordered online for... dinner. Husband brings them home and we find big chucks of veggies that once removed took up most of the sandwich. Therewasn't much left for veggies after taking them out. They added so much ranch to one that it poured out the bottom when bitinginto it and bread was soggy. Dont think we will be going to this location any longer. For the price of these sandwiches, kindaexpected more. Obviously they don't care enough to pay attention to what they are doing to customers purchased food! Read more
I ordered ahead on the app and had an ok salad. The meat was chopped up and easy to eat, however, the veggies were not so those... were not easy to eat. I guess the default Subway Club salad doesn't come with any dressings so it was dry. Everything was niceand cold though. The seating situation is poor so I can't recommend eating inside, especially in the winter. You're either infront of the counter, which has no space to get in and out if it's busy, or right next to the bathrooms, so you better hope noone has anything bad going on internally or you'll get to share a piece of their experience in there. This Subway could use aself pickup shelf like a lot of subways do, making for fast pickups and not having to bother the busy staff. I saw two differentguys go into the bathroom while I was there, one being a customer and one being a staff member. I can't say it was the employeefor sure but there urine all over the seat so either the staff member shared it or they simply ignored it. Either way itshould've been cleaned up during or shortly after to go get proper cleaning supplies. When the employee came out they went backup before even being out of the doorway. I heard the sink water turn on for not even 2 seconds then they came back out. I knowthey have to wash their hands (they're supposed to anyway) when they help a new customer but that still leaves room tocontaminate the door handle. They also could have touched cash for customer's change then the customer would have thecontaminants on them and everything they touch until washing their hands next. Read more
The customer service at this location is horrible I went in on a Sunday to get a sandwich for the football game and all of their... veggies that are supposed to be fresh we're frozen when I asked the manager to get me fresh veggies she copped an attitude withme rolling her eyes and basically made it as if that was impossible.
