We went there on a Saturday night, we came with a great mood. The staff was nice and friendly. However after we had received our... food, 2 out of 6 people received old meat or multiply refrigerated meat. It was obviously expired and looked horrible. After wecalled the manager, he told us 3 stories.. the first story was about that they received new grills and the meat sometimes getover cooked.. The second story was that they cook the stakes in the morning and reheat throughout the day?? And the last storyis that they sometimes receive expired meat but they still have to sell them. I can tell the last story is way more accuratesince we kinda got through him. I?m extra upset since we really like steakhouse. We?ve visited the restaurant for about 2years. And probably won?t visit anymore. I cant believe that they would sell expired meat to people. The manager removed twostakes that we did not enjoy from out check, it was a nice action but our mood was still ruined as one person did not eatanything. The point of this review is to not upset anyone or anything, however we do not want anyone to have food poisoning andeven have to go to the ER. Please do something about it. Read more

I just wanted to compliment Amanda S from the Hamilton branch in NJ. She did an amazing job and was so attentive and helpful... while my family of 9 was with her. Just a couple observations for this particular Outback. I?ve been to a lot of different Outback Steakhouse?s so I feel I can do... a fair comparison to others. Every time I go into this Outback there is always a table outside of the bar filled with employeessocializing, eating & rolling silverware. This most recent visit, which was dinner time, there were six employees sitting downand eating while they were rolling silverware. My issue with this is optics and the unsanitary practice of eating finger foodsand talking while rolling silverware for customers. You can?t apologize for slow service, again when six employees are sittingdown at a table and not all of them are rolling silverware. I know everyone wants to blame Covid saying that they can?t getgood help but I think it starts with management. My other issue with my latest visit was a manager who was wearing a baseballcap, shorts and a T-shirt who i would never have known was affiliated with Outback restaurant until he went behind the bar totrain a prospective new server on the drink menu. Now it just may be me because the older I get the younger everyone looks butthis particular trainee looked very young and in my eyes not old enough to drink and I found it disturbing when that samemanager gave the trainee a sample of a drink on the menu. Again just me, but I feel optics are very much something to considerwhen you are in a management position. I voiced my concerns to someone who I thought was another manager but very well couldhave been just a host. Judging by his response or lack thereof he was not very concerned. Waiter was extremely nice!!! The blackberry Martini i love it I only need 3 of those and im off the roof. Food is good!
