This Panera deserves 0 stars. The management is so rude. Asked if I could have a straw for my order and was answered so rudely... by the manager. Then took out my salad that already looked like it was half eaten. That will be the last time I go back there. Ialways try to like this place again but am always disappointed. Read more
Friendly staffs, fast service, great food, had no problems at all.
This place serves really chimpsy portions. Panera used to put full chunks of avocado on the egg white breakfast sandwich , but... but now they use a tiny dab of avocado spread instead, along with one egg instead of two. What a ripoff. The salads are veryoverpriced for the portion, and coffee is way too expensive compared to what other local restaurants serve. Even their soufflésare less full now. They think that we?re dumb and won?t notice that we?re eating a mouthful of bread or crust. It?s shameful,disgusting greed. I used to be a frequent customer, but not anymore. This store gets worse by the minute, not even the day! Busy Sunday morning, there are only two self-checkout registers. Used to... be four but they took two away. People are lined up to use the registers. Two people along with myself walked out because thewait was too long to place an order. Being in the restaurant business myself I know this place must be losing BIG money by theirfoolish business practices. Oh well! Read more
I don?t know what happened but this location has drastically improved from a few months ago!! Last time I was here I had to wait... over 20 minutes for my order? today I sat down and my buzzer went off. Staff if very nice and helpful food is great and serviceis back to the Panera standard. This is how my Fuji apple salad and Napa almond chicken salad sandwich arrived. Salad is completely wrong, no idea what this... even is, it?s not even on their menu. Looks like some lettuce and a pepper? Chicken salad has practically nothing on it. When Icalled the store and spoke to the manager she said ?sorry about that, have a good day? and hung up. Needless to say will neverbe ordering from this Panera again, absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Ive waited to review this location as I typically only use their drive-thru but recently dined in. The drive thru experience... has been "ok" they seem a little overwhelmed and aren't particularly helpful with current promotions or specials. The pricesand amount of food served are the same as all the other Panera chains. My coffee (vanilla latte) and meal left alot to bedesired as the meal did not feel fresh although it was presented nicely. The bread used in the pizza was stale, the sauce wasdry and the cheese was cold. My bakery item was also a little hard and I had to request a replacement because it just wasn'tworth indulging if it wasn't fresh ,. The inside of the panera is a little smaller than what I've seen, but it has a nice cozyfeel and Wi-Fi. The outdoor eating area is actually pretty neat and a nice place to chill. Read more
I have been going to this place for so long. Recently their service dropped to unacceptable levels. Heavily burned sandwiches,... wrong sandwiches, wrong soup in the order. Now a days they run out of ingredients almost all the time. It is sad to see one thebest Panera locations turned into one of the worst. Read more
