Messed up my order and portions were extremely small. I once loved this location
This was the WORST fast food experience I have ever been to. They had 2 people working at this Taco Bell and they messed up our... order not once, not twice, not even three times! 4 times in total! There were 3 other customers in line as well that had thereorder messed up too. Food took a total of around 45 minutes to prepare for 1 Bean Burrito, 1 Doritos Locos Taco Supreme, 2Crunch Wraps with Black Beans, and 3 drinks. Food tastes atrocious too. I've been to many different Taco Bells all over NewJersey and across the United States I have never been more disappointed than this experience. Never again with this location! Read more
I went there yesterday to get food with my friend. The lady took FOREVER and didn?t understand what I wanted, she DIDNT GIVE US... something we ordered after countless times of saying she UNDERSTOOD. The MEAT TO LETTUCE RATIO is honestly LAUGHABLE as well asthere LETTUCE ISNT GOOD. To top it all off I DIDNT RECEIVE a FORK or NAPKIN. So after around 15 mins after finally placing theorder the end result was Taco Bell GOT MY ORDER WRONG and didn?t give proper UTENSILS that should COME IN EVERY BAG. I usuallylove Taco Bell but me and my friend feel like we wasted 35 dollars on stuff WE DIDNT GET nor DID WE EVEN FINSIH BECAUSE OF HOWWRONG IT WAS. Ordered online for pickup, service was slow despite the order being ready. Order was also missing sauce packets and water cup.... Food was still good though, and I know you might be thinking every taco bell is the same but there are definitely some that havesoggy crunchwraps. Read more

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. It was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly!
This location is obviously poorly managed and poorly organized. I showed up at 4:30 PM on a weekday and stood at the counter for... a while. No one showed up to take my order because they were busy helping people in the drive-through. That is unacceptablebecause there was even someone waiting behind me. I eventually left. This place needs to hire enough employees and stop beingcheap by keeping a skeleton crew. Read more
