Had $50 order with several sandwiches , EVERY one of them were wrong , some had EXTRA meat , and it was not added , we ALL... had cheese , not one sandwich had cheese on it . My husband went back to the store bc of it and they remade one sandwich , andstill got it wrong , he was so exhausted and starving at that point he just said F it took what they made and left . Employeesare not friendly , they don?t read the orders correctly when placed online . Sadly. This isn?t the first time . Meat wascold. Breads were soggy , and gross . Missing cucumbers on the choices for a salad. Something was bad in the food. Made the whole family sick. Not a good experience.

This restaurant is dirty. The bathroom is dirty, the tables are dirty and there are crumbs and used napkins on the floor. We... just ate there and will absolutely not go back. The bread was also stale. While we were there, one worker gossipped withcustomers she obviously knew while her male counterpart stayed busy behind the counter restocking. Her time would have beenbetter spent with a broom. Additionally, the Coke in the machine was out and neither of the tea dispensers had tea. The Subwaymothership should do a standards and quality audit for this franchise. Read more

Stopped to grab a bite to eat as fast as possible in order to get back on the road. There were ten of us, and only two girls... working. They got our food to us so quickly and were really nice. Clean, quick, efficient!! Read more

I pulled up to the store 5 minutes before they closed and my 13 year old son jumped out to see if they were still open. As he... was walking up to the door, one of the workers just rudely locked the door and didn't say anything. He could've said that we areclosing and I would've understood that. I walked in and order a 6 inch meal while the girl was making the sandwich I told her I had a coupon for a free 6 inch so she... asked which sandwich I wanted I told her a turkey 6 in. While she was making both sandwiches another girl at register startedtotaling me up. She took my coupon and told me that it wasn't valid. It was only valid in New Orleans restaurants to which oreplied then why would it come in the mail where I stay in Robert ? She responded she didn't know but I couldn't use it so Isaid ok ,I'll pay for it . Pulled out my card and she says we're not taking cards only cash. The whole time the other girl wasmaking the sandwiches . I told her well I don't have cash so cancel the order .they proceeded to put everything away includingthe bread ...the staff needs to be better trained I think..will not be returning .. Read more

POSSIBLE CROSS-CONTAMINATION RISK!!! While ordering tonight I observed an employee put a customer?s bread in the toaster, then... proceed to punch in numbers at the register. Then, with the same gloves that they used at the register, took the bread out andadded the toppings. This was definitely a potential, CROSS-CONTAMINATION SITUATION.
