First I ordered table service but they?re too lazy to bring it to you. There wasn?t any customers besides me in there. They had... no napkins in the containers and their tables/ chairs was dirty. My hash brown was extremely crunchy. The McGriddle breading wasburnt. Read more

I tried to do a DoorDash from this location, and DoorDash could NOT find a dasher for me. When I cancelled the order, it would... only refund me the delivery charge. So I called in and spoke with one of the managers, and while in the restaurant I worked with2 employees who were extremely helpful. They understood the situation and helped to sort out the bill and food so we didn?t getdouble charged and still got our food hot and ready! They are the best! Read more

As a long time McDonald's CUSTOMER, AM I wrong for rating the store? Now, with SOCIAL MEDIA, there is this option!! I can... remember my first order of FRENCH FRIES!! The way in which I eat MY fries has not changed in 45 years!! They are the best partof any FAST FOOD meal in MY opinion! So, now to this restaurant here in Western Wisconsin. Bag Bad Bad, when I look over behindthe counter towards the food prep area (fry station), because my order is next. What do I see, the person that took my order(MANAGER), eating a fry of of the bin!! Come on man!! Your the manager, right, you should know better, but!! With social mediayou can grade a company's PERFORMANCE!! LOVING IT!! A customer's it is nice to be able to see what is happening with aparticular company/ organization before we DECIDE to spend OUR hard earned form of exchange. Understand i AM not here to hurtanyone/ any business, but give my OPINION, we as customers have that option now. I want what I paid for, otherwise do notadvertise tasty food and serve dung.
