Reviews for Arby's in Robertsdale, AL
Only negative comment I could ever make about Arby's is that, at least at Robertsdale location, they have no turkey and have not... had any for a good month. So any dish containing any amount of turkey has temporarily (I hope) been removed from themenu. Manager who responded to my original review...any idea when turkey makes it back on your menu? Difficult to want fastfood and not come home with a Market Fresh Turkey Ranch and Bacon, ya know????? Read more
Apparently Arby?s headquarters puts timers in the drive-through windows to see how long it takes to fulfill orders so they can... keep quality up, but apparently the Arby?s in Robertsdale has you pull forward so they can shut that time off and they can lookbetter to corporate. There is nobody behind you and nobody shows up they just make you pull forward and wait to get your food. Iknow this sounds petty but I guess I?m just that type of person who thinks cheating the system at the expense of customers iswrong. I have complained to corporate but apparently they do not care either. Read more
Husband came to this location around 7:20pm, and he waited 30 minutes for his food . He finally asked where our food was. The... manager was confused and then realized the young kid behind the counter, listening to very loud rap music with obscene language,didn?t make it. The manager threw the food together real quick, and my husband should have checked it before he left. Themanager didn?t put Thousand Island dressing on his Rueben. This meal should have been refunded in my opinion. We didn?t feellike driving back up there because of the bad experience to begin with. Read more
The food at this location is usually great. The service is acceptable, but you can tell the cashier has been here too long. Very... quick and to the point. It's fast food and I understand, but your dealing with the public so at least pretend you don't hate me. Read more
Could have been hotter food. Room temp at best. Young girl working was wonderful friendly and willing to help us with so much.... Tables were dirty and the store smelt like mildew and smell very strong in women's bathroom. Read more
Fast friendly service, always have my orders made perfectly, hot and fresh. <~~ this was my previous review.. I'd have kept it... that high, but when I got home today everything was good, except for my large fry was barely even halfway.. see picture below...Not sure how i orderered a large and got this..pretty upsetting I'll be switching to gulf shores Arby's if this happens again.. Excellent place to get a quick bite to eat, contemporary clean and neat dinning room, restroom and premises will make you... comeback to eat again. Friendly staff you can watch fix your food behind a prepping table window. Read more
Pulled through drive thru made my order. I went home only to find it wasn't my order nor was it equivalent to what I had... ordered. The only thing correct was the bottle water. I called a few times but no one answered the phone. Store 06642Robertsdale Very unhappy with the service. Read more
