As the last visit I had wasn't to pleasant, this one didn't help. I ordered 3 pizzas n cheesy sticks, I get there with 3 kids... in the car starving, I paid at t h e window and come to find out, a worker stole one of my cheese pizzas for a different orderand did not replenish, we had to wait for a new one!! People in the back area apparently thought it was funny! The managerapologized, but I doubt I will use Robertsdale again. Read more

This Little Caesars is consistently good. Once in awhile they'll be out of something basic but that's all places these days with... supply issues. Also once in awhile you'll find a huge line and wait here. But out of the 3 LC's I visit, this is the best. Read more

I ordered a pizza online. The manager called and said that they didn't have any pizza and to call the 800 number to get my money... back. They gave me the run around for a month and I eventually reported the charge as fraud to my bank. The worst pizza is theone you pay for a don't receive Read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst service I have ever received! Told our pizza was ready just not bread sticks... and wait 3 minutes which is fine . They asked if we could drive a round and get back in line no problem there. After waiting 10more minutes we were then told they gave our food away and could not refund or cancel our online order. I like this location and have bought a few pizzas here. I think it closed because the employees went on strike (quit). It?s open... again and I?m sure they are doing the best they can to stay open, but it needs to close for a few days of serious training. Bought two pizzas by the time I made it home the one box was dripping grease. The first pizza looked and tasted good but greasewas too heavy box was soaked. (Not good for presentation or the owners wallet as the supplies are clearly getting wasted and Iwill explain this later.) the first pizza was missing a portion of the crust on one side and an abundance on the other. Thesecond pizza box was not oily but the pizza was burnt and the box contained crunchy burnt bits around the pizza probably fromthe pan (seasoned portions falling off) when your trying to get repeat customers presentation and taking the time to put out aproperly baked and cut product sells itself and failing at this simple act of paying attention costs customers. Back to cheesebread the bread was cut shallow and multiple attempts to make a straight cut. Slow down pay attention. To your product and focuson finishing all tasks correctly apologize for extended times. Once the product is consistently good focus on time.Housekeeping is reflected in the product so I?m sure there are housekeeping issues to address. I?m including pictures to helpunderstand how bad this experience was and how much grease was in that one pizza box. I?m doing this so someday I may be able toget a cheap but good product that I usually get from the namesake. So far here that has not been the case and now it?s somehowworse. Oh I forgot to add that the bread box had at least 10 liners that were half out of the bottom and the box wouldn?t stayclosed just to address the waste from rushing. I should add this place was not busy. And the items I got were hot and ready(cool and greasy and burnt) you can?t expect to keep doors open with the absolute lack of effort. Read more

i?ve had a bad experience every time i go here. all i order is crazy bread and usually it?s still doughy and i just cook it the... rest of the time at home. a little inconvenient but i didn?t want to complain. they don?t have enough staff any time i go and idon?t want to add to the list of problems. this time it was totally different. my crazy bread was like beef jerky. like it spentthree days in a dehydrator. i don?t even know how this is possible because it?s undercooked yet still so hard. Usually go to the Daphne, AL Location, but I stopped on my way home from work at the Robertsdale, AL location. After walking in,... no one even came to the counter for a few minutes, which not a big deal, maybe they were short staffed, but no one evenacknowledged I was there. Not a good business practice! Got crazy bread, and it was doughy (white and not fully cooked), and hadNO flavor, because they didn't even put the parmesan and butter on it that they normally do! Got the Ultimate supreme, and itwas fairly flavorless, which I don't even know how that's possible! I got the pretzel pizza that's "back for a limited time",and it isn't the pretzel pizza they previously had. The original was a cheese sauce, and this was made with a red sauce. Iwouldn't have ordered it if I had known that, because who dips pretzels in marinara?!?! I won't go back to that location, I willstick to the original one I go to, because they seem like they care!
