I didn?t like the fact that when you order a pizza someone in Philippines takes your order now. I asked what country they are in... and surprise they are not allowed to say! A month ago I asked the lady on the phone where they was and she said the Philippinesbut this week they are not allowed to say? Why not be transparent? Because you don?t want your customers to know youroutsourcing jobs. All the millions that the CEO makes but can?t hire locals to work for them. Call up there and ask the personwhat country they are answering from and they will not say. You can?t be deceptive with peoples food. You tell them the truthand then they can choose if they want it. New years eve , I ordered a large New York style crust pizza which had to be extra large for this type crust? Ok toppings to be... pepperoni, feta cheese,pineapple, sundried tomatoes Did not get feta cheese or sundried tomatos??? Pizza was Definitely below myexpectations crust was So Chewy ! It says delivery but not by employees you have to order through door dash. Essentially this means you cannot use the app or your... points without an abundant amount of extra work. The district manager that approved this location evidently did not takedelivery insurance into account before approving. A lack of preparation on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on mine.Leave it to me to move close to a papa johns that can?t deliver and I can?t use the app or my points. Permanently done with papajohns not because of food but the lack of delivery without a 3rd party. Not interested in anyone other than the restaurant Iorder pizza from handling my pizza. Horrible customer service. About a month ago, we placed an order online for pickup. When we got home we realized they gave us... someone else's order (their name was even on our box). I called back and spoke with a female manager and was told that theycouldn't give me a refund since we ordered on the app. They offered to remake it but we didn't have time to go all the way backup there so she said she would link a free pizza to out phone number. Whenever we were ready we could just call up there andthey would see the notes when they pulled up our info.... so we decided to give them another try, I called to place an order andexplained what had happened previously. Not only were the notes NOT linked to our phone number, but the "manager" set the phonedown while she discussed it with the other "manager " and apparently they were unaware that I could hear their conversationwhere they basically both called me a liar. Needless to say, we placed an order with pizza hut instead and they were extremelythankful for our business! Read more
They have a female manager that runs the store now who genuinely looks out for the store. She?s always addressing possible... issues. It?s nice to know there?s still people around who care about their job and treat customers well. Read more
