I love Sonic! However, this Sonic is the worst. I don?t know who?s supposed to be managing this place, but they should be fired.... I have visited this place 3 times in the last 3 months, hoping that things would improved, but alas, they have not. Visit 1:Pressed the red button, waited 5 minutes, pressed the button again, waited 5 minutes, left. Visit 2: hit the drive through,line didn?t move for 10 minutes. Left. Visit 3: None of the parking space menu boards were working. Drive through backed up sofar you couldn?t get in line safely. Left. Read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I've called several times between 1/1/21 and 8/16/22. This location will not answer the phone. I... wanted to know if this location does old items like the chili cheese frito burrito, or to know what's on the delicious soundingdill burger. I get no answers. I see they're open during the day so I pull in a few times. Even the employees tell me they'restruggling to keep the store open, they can not take orders at the park menus, they don't have anything new that's advertised oncommercials, they don't have enough people to bring food to vehicles if you park, and they would not feel comfortable puttingany lettuce and tomato on a burger because "we have to buy it ourselves and it's not in the budget to waste it". Ordered two #10 meals, 2 milk shakes and a shark week slushy. They brought out the food, the shakes and the slushy but not the 2... drinks that supposed to come with the meals. She walked away so fast that I couldn't tell her that the drinks for the meals weremissing so I hit the button to talk to someone and they said something over the speaker really fast and the speaker sound wasreally bad so I couldn't hear what she said so I waited a few minutes, like 5 minutes and hit the button again and the samething happened so again I waited 5 more minutes and hit the button again and the same thing again so I got in the drive-throughline and waited about 5 more minutes and the line didn't move so I just left without my drinks. My shakes were melted by thetime I left and my food was cold. My order was a little over $30 so I feel like I have been robbed. Would not recommend thissonic. ???? Read more

Awful service. Went to multiple different stalls before they finally answered to take our order. Asked for jalapenos on both... burgers but only got it on 1. The toaster wasnt toasted, just bread. Asked the guy who brought my food if the total was $25.26,he looked at the receipt then replied "uhhhh something like that." Fries were like cardboard. It wasnt busy at all. Maybe 4other cars there so there's no real excuse for the food to come out like that. This place is a real joke. Read more

This will be the last time we give this place a chance. My husband ordered two Chili Cheese Hot Dog combos and it took 45... minutes total at the restaurant from start to finish. Brought the food home and was half way through his food and found a brokenpiece of a RAZOR BLADE inside some part of his food. How in the heck could that even possibly happen??? If that would have beenmy children eating that they would not have known to remove it before eating. This location needs some serious help or honestlyjust needs to be shut down. Read more

Placed an order with the app. Pulled in to get the order, noticed a lot of cars backed up in drive through and other cars in the... car hops. Entered which slot I was in through the app, then looked over after a minute and saw on the screen there was a problemwith our order. Pushed red button and they said you got to get in drive thru line we are not taking orders. I then explained Ihave an app order, the guy says you need to pull around to drive thru window to get it. So I did pull parallel to the drive thrubeside another at drive thru thinking they would run it out there. Guy finally says no you got to get in the line. I parkedwalked to door to meet a very upset young girl who is acting manager. She says we told you to use drive thru. I tried to showhere my order and she says to step back away from door. I'm like ok your worried about Covid-19, no problem so I held out mycell phone and she said, I don't care it's me and two others here and I don't have time. So I said ma'am my food will be cold bythe time I get it and it had been almost 20 minutes so if I can't get my food can I get a refund. While I am saying this sheshut the door, locks it says call this number and walks away. Short handed or not she lacks customer service. I saw wheresomeone's other post said they got there order wrong. Yeap I was sitting beside them and watched. If Sonic brand can't managethe store, it would be better closed than open with poor service, lack of quality food the brand has been known for. Also if theapp can't deliver the service then that store should not be listed in the app. In defense of the young girl, Sonic should havebetter trained folks to handle the face pace demand of fast food. If I could give no stars I would. The female taking our order at the drive thru tonight was rude. We ordered our food and my... husband asked for a sonic blast. She told us the machine was down. We assumed they were cleaning it since it was close toclosing time and understood. We pull to the window and are waiting for our food and happen to notice the girl making a sonicblast....for the Sheriff deputy behind us. The service here has steadily gone down over the last year and tonight's visit willbe my last to this location. To top all of this off, my tots were so hard from being overcooked, I couldn't eat them. Read more
