Very disappointed since previous visits were outstanding. Drive through was slow. She would take 1 order at a time and serve... them then take next order. Bun was ice cold, patty Luke warm, cheese not melted. fries old,brown and crunchy. Think they werereheated to many times. Called the Manager on Duty, Jordan. Very friendly and offered 1/2 off our next order. Hope things getbetter here and back up to par. Read more
Drive thru was fast. The customer service was excellent. But I got a baconnator and when I got home and looked at it there... was only one slice of bacon cut into small quarter size pieces. I know this has to be some kind of corporate or owner decisionand it?s a poor one. For $8 I feel like my money is worth two slices of bacon at least for your flag ship bacon burger. Thatis all. It?s been so long since we have had a young person take our order that was kind and spoke clear. The young man that brought out... our order was just as polite and kind. So nice to experience not just one but two fast food employees who did not act as ifthey were doing you a favor by doing the job they were hired to do. Great staff!! Read more
Drive thru lane was slow. From the time we ordered to the time we received our food was 20 minutes. Then some food items were... missing and a drink. They brought our food item and still no drink. Have you ever wondered what purgatory would be like? It?s this drive thru. As you sit for 20 minutes and contemplate your life... choices, the unwavering rude teenager that works the microphone will make you rethink abortion rights. This location straightup spits on my favorite redheads name. Everything was cold except my tea. It was hot. Like bath water. Can't even get a simple order right. Been there 5 different occasions and only once did they get the order correct and that was... for one large sweet tea. Guess multiple items is just too difficult for some people. Read more
My kids love Wendy's, for their frosties of course, but this location is usually hit or miss! I've had mixed experiences.... Sometimes the food is great, my order is correct, and the customer service is exceptional. While other times, I've checked myfood and it's been cold/old, wrong, or I've been shorted or not given everything I ordered. I will say the last few times I'vebeen though, it's been great! Still love our local Wendy's and will continue to go just to get my babies a frosty! Read more
