Spoke to a Courtney and she said my order was ?next in line? after waiting almost 35 minutes, called back 1 hour later and spoke... to a Ryan and the excuse was that they accidentally put the wrong toppings on my pizza so they had to remake it?after waiting anhour?the thing is, how and why would it take over 1 hour+ to make a pizza & then to realize 45 minutes later that the pizza hadthe wrong toppings?? Used the drive thru thinking it was going to be quick. I placed my order and was asked to park up front and they would bring my... order out to me. I was handling business calls while waiting. I realized I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes!! I wentback to the drive thru to ask for the status of my order. Immediately, one employee handed my order to the employee at thewindow who handed it over to me. When I got home, the pizza was cold. A horrible first time experience. NEVER AGAIN!! Firstimpressions make a huge impact. Don't slack off too much Domino's.....Pizza Hut is just across the street. Where I should havegone in the first place.
