Ordered two extra most bestests from here for my family then drove home 20 min away to find that I got 1 extra most bestest and... one classic. I called the store to hopefully get the pizza the next day or a refund for the difference. The cashier told me theonly thing they could do was exchange the pizza if I go back. I asked for a coupon, discount, free item for the trouble since Iwould have to drive 20 back into town and they said no. I told them I didn?t want to drive all the way back today and he said toHOLD ON TO THE PIZZA until I went again so I could exchange it! Horrible service, any other restaurant would say to keep theoriginal and they would remake it for you another day or at least give you some kind of coupon. So if you get home with anincorrect order and want it fixed, you have go through the trouble of driving all the way back to fix their mistake and theywill not give you any kind of coupon or free item for the trouble. The cashier said it?s policy that customers have to give backthe incorrect item but if that?s policy maybe they should train their employees not to screw up so much. Read more
I don't go to Little Caesars often but, at times it's convenient. I stopped by the Robstown location a few months ago and... ordered pizza and crazy bread. The crazy bread was raw however the pizza was fine. I figured it was an accident and shrugged itoff. I got the same thing today at the same location and had the same experience. Pizza was fine but crazy bread looked like itcould've stayed in longer. Read more
Their ???? ???? could use more ???? 1/3 of the pizza was just bread with nothing on it.
