It was not great. I eat at Culver's often and this was the worst I had. I will say it was a fluke. Definitely removed and old... burger. The bun was hard and not warm and it was during thier rush. I had to wait and assumed it would be fresh and tasty asalways, but no it was not. Only one part was actually warm. Read more
Well this was bad!! We were 2 cars behind the speaker and it took 26 minutes to get our food, the cheese was not melted on the... burgers and the fries were so salty that we could barely eat them. They were nice and hot, but wow!! Read more
08-27-2022 update: Still one of the best places to stop and eat in Rochelle!! They are nice and always fresh food at close to... 9pm... who could ask for more!! Thank you all! They have a great and friendly staff. It's always quicker to run in and get yourfood ;) . They sorta messed up my favorite creation by using what they call "RTU" or "ready to use" fudge but if your interestedin my "not on the menu " item I described it below. If you see a really long line in the drive thru, park your car and ???????in to place your order. It could save you 10-15 minutes without wasting your valuable gasoline! I'm a super fan of my owncreation from their menu. I know they have a "chocolate malt" on the menu but if you want the best malt ever... try mycreation: Concrete mixer+malt powder+ actuall HOT FUDGE ( not the ready to use cold stuff, they call it RTU fudge). They don'tlike using the hot fudge in Concrete Mixers because it doesn't leave them "Concrete " and they are right, if it's mixedcorrectly you will only need a straw. I really really enjoyed my drink today it was marvelous, splendid, in fact? a 20/0 if I do say so myself (as a food critic), I... choose my burgers(and restaurants) with much care and these hit the spot! Food was good, but it literally took 30 minutes to get our "to-go" order during the busy 4th of July weekend. Our frozen custard... was scooped and sat on the counter 20 minutes before our food was made. The frozen custard was soup by the time we got it. Ourmeals tasted good, it just took way longer time than normal. Staff was polite. Read more
EDIT: The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic, even offering a free meal. I'm satisfied that he'll do whatever needs... done to fix the issues we had. Giving them one more star for that. OK, look. To be fair, I've eaten like a thousand meals atdozens of Culver's and never been disappointed. The place was crazy busy when we got there, but still... The fries were hot anddelicious, but my burger was so overcooked that it was barely edible. I've never had bacon that was overcooked, until today. Iwas more irritated that we were on a trip and had to wait a half an hour for our food. They offered to remake the meal but we'dspent too much time there, and they offered us a refund, but we'd eaten the food. They did everything they could do to make itright. So I'm not really complaining, I'm just saying if you're in a hurry and they're busy, I'd choose another place. Read more
About the worst Culver's I've been to. Just got a chicken sandwich and fries. Didn't get any of the toppings on the sandwich... like I asked and wasn't even warm. The fries were almost soggy like they had been warmed up from the morning shift. Staff veryfriendly though. Read more
