Outdated interior, cracked vinyl seating, handed a dirty menu after being seated at a dirty table. Note the brown goop with... burned and greasy tortilla strips. Looks as though they need an experienced chef and also need to stop serving canned/microwavedfoods. Disgusting!! This was supposed to be chicken tortilla soup. I informed the waitress who told me she would get into alotof trouble saying anything to her boss. Stay away from this place!! Read more
I?m all for supporting small businesses but I later found out they charge for Togo containers and the girl (who I will not say)... that took my order decided to give herself a tip from my card without me knowing. I just paid whatever I was told but when Iwent home I did the math and it wasn?t mathing. It?s such a shame because I enjoyed the food, but I will not be returningbecause of my bad experience here. Such a nice place. The food was great,the waitress was fantastic, and the beer was cold.. I would recommend this place to anyone... and everyone. I just have to remember it's Grubsteakers, not Gutbusters. Tho it could be , the food is that good . ! ! ! I dothink they are way over doning it on the food pictures. Driven by many time and decided to give them a chance but I don't think I will stop again. My soup was thick and usually beef... barley is a broth soup what I was given was a cream style. Our appetizers were fine . My wife's sandwich was fine buy mychopped sirloin needed swimming lessons due to the amount of water that was on the plate . My children's food were fine. OverallI don't think I will go back I could have had a better dinner from a gas station. Read more

I haven't eaten here in years. Even before the Tornado hit. So this is basically my first time here. I was surprised at the... creative options on the menu. Found many things I wanted to try. Almost ordered the "Horse"... I was quite pleased with mymeal. My kids ate till they were full. The dessert options are awesome. This place is definitely worth a drive into thecountry. Read more
Our family recently stopped for lunch. Since the tornado the food has been subpar. Each time I?ve tried a different dish and... was always disappointed. How can you ruin potato soup? White sauce and potato?s is not how it?s made. Everyone complainedabout the food. The room had the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen in a restaurant. Surprised the health department hasn?t shutthem down. If the carpet was that disgusting I wonder about the kitchen. It looks like it has been there for 50 years andit?s a less than 10 years old. What happened? Clean up the place and get a decent cook. Read more
