Freaky slow. Used to order here often. I would say 1 out of 10 times it was a reasonable time frame. The Rochelle location is a... joke. Always say they are short staffed and always have an excuse why it took so long. Read more
Definitely not fast took a half hour for my order to arrive, my drink was watered down. I ordered my sandwich wrapped in lettuce... and it was completely soaking wet by the time I got to me. It?s like they washed the lettuce and didn?t drive it off. Gross, Ihad to cut it out and eat like a salad. Not easy or convenient. No napkins as requested and they rang my door bell when Ispecifically wrote in the comments section not to as to not wake up sleeping roommate. Read more

I have ordered local Jimmy John?s many times for lunch & they are ALWAYS late, at least 30 minutes. Not a huge deal so I?ve... never left a review but tonight pushed me over the edge...we ordered at 7:55 and the food arrived at 8:35 & was missing a bag ofchips. Called & spoke to a sweet, passive aggressive phone girl to have the chips delivered. Heard a slight tap on the door andopened the door to see our food sitting on the front stoop with a receipt that says ?leave @ door? with a smiley face written inblack sharpie. Haven't had Jimmy John's in so long. And it was exactly how I remembered it. The food was quick and FRESH. The lady over the... phone was very helpful with whatever questions I had and the driver was very sweet. Ordered the club lulu and will DEFINITELY begoing back for more in the future!
