I ordered a coffee and avocado toast on the app before the store got busy. I had my coffee but they had given my toast away to... someone who ordered in store after they made a verbal comment about them being slow. This was after about 10 minutes of theorder being placed. The line began to grow and they prioritized the people in the store. After 15 minutes I asked how long itwould be for the rest of my order and the lady took the ticket and BEGAN making the rest of the food. They had handed out atleast 5 orders of hot food including the toast that was supposed to be for my order. They ultimately DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER.Only been to this store a couple times because this service seems to be the standard. Cannot recommend when there is a deli anda 7/11 next door. Read more
This place has the rudest service I have ever experienced. I literally payed and left without my coffee. Besides the place... looking extremely unkempt the woman that waited on me was confrontational and obnoxious.. I will never be back and neithershould anyone else. Read more
This was the smallest Dunkin I've ever been in. Nonetheless, it was excellent. Quick service, great coffee and a delicious... bagel.. can't go wrong with that. Read more
The lady who works in the morning was so rude to me this morning. She accused me of not paying last time when I got a hot coffee... but I literally did cuz I showed her that the money has been deducted from my account. She was like ?idk about that but yourcard didn?t work last time and I had to cancel the order? and she charged me for a large iced coffee but I been getting hotcoffee since the winter started. She started to yelling at me in front of all other customers saying she been working there for17 years blah blah. I was just like do you really remember all the customers and their orders???? I never had an issue with anyof the other ladies who works there and they are very friendly with me as well but this lady is the worst. Read more
The coffee was good but one of the cashiers is very rude. She use to be at the Dunkin Donuts on Essex st in Lodi. She gets a... kick out of messing up peoples orders and then tries to tell you your wrong. As long as she is there I won't be going back Read more
went in to pick up my mobile order, a chocolate stout cold brew, and was waiting in the store to pick it up. The staff member... was confusing my order with another customer?s and after 5 minutes of arguing she tells me to take my drink but she had made itincorrectly. There was no chocolate syrup or cold foam, just the cold brew over ice. So I told her it?s not what I ordered- shetakes it back, slaps cold foam on top, and slams it in front of me while yelling and trying to argue with me. They?re visibly understaffed and the two workers that they have in the morning are friendly but very slow. Expect your mobile... order to take up to 25 mins?and it will likely be either lost or inaccurate. I live around the corner from here and it?s fasterfor me to drive to the farther Dunkin? than wait for this one. They do put napkins in the bag with ketchup if you buy hashbrowns which is very nice, but I?d prefer quicker and more accurate service. Read more
