The food was good, but the service was mediocre. We arrived at 4PM on Friday to beat the crowd. There were only a few occupied... tables, and we were told that we would have to wait. Upon leaving at 530PM, there were still many empty tables AND peoplewaiting in the entrance area. PROBLEM... lots of customers but no workers. Tired of hearing this. Read more
This was our 3rd dining experience at LongHorn restaurant in Rochelle Park within a month. The first two times I ordered the... LongHorn (Porter house steak-medium well). Both times it was done to perfection. The 3rd time I ordered the Rib Eye steak. Itwas ok but, a bit chewy. I think I?ll revert to the LongHorn (Porter house) next time. Not really the best service out there. My server Steven wouldn?t even look you in the eyes when talking to you. He asks a... question and leaves before you answer completely. I can name a couple of more things that was wrong with our service, but then Ido not usually go to corporate places for this same reason. I ordered the rib-eye prepared Pittsburg. This place can make meansteaks I have to give them that. I would only come by again solely for food. However, I do hope I wouldn?t get Steven as myserver again. Read more
Good steakhouse with a lot of options and good cocktail offers. Margarita was a bit sour but jack and coke were good. Shrimp and... chicken were oversalted!! Portions were big. Not a must but worth trying! Read more

Great service, great food!!! I like my steak especially rare... it was done to perfection & even though it might look raw to... some of you... lol... as "raw" & uncooked as it might have been (That's just my preference) it still... is so soft & tender itpractically melts in your mouth like butter. Very difficult to cook a steak this way. I order it like this & very rarely (nopun) does any restaurant get it right. The side dishes, well... what can I say. Anything that tastes that great & is fried youprobably shouldn't eat everyday, lol. Very delicious & insanely guilty pleasure!!! Amazing experience all the way around!!! Yesterday, I indulged in stopping in for a steak. I needed a treat. I came in just as they opened, and I have to say that from... door to table and back again, the service was absolutely excellent. The employee who seated me was very friendly and welcoming,and the waitress was personable, thoughtful regarding my meal choices, and spot on in her results. Service of this qualityenhances your dining experience. I had the porterhouse, because if you're going to indulge, might at well make it count. Onthe side I had a Caesar salad, mushrooms, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Granted I was hungry and I tend to have quite theappetite, but aside from some mushrooms and the dinner roll, I finished the whole meal. Speaking of the dinner roll, now to thebread and butter of my review. How was the steak? Well, have I had or even made better steaks? Honestly, yes. But do I feel thatthis was a good steak and that I got my money's worth? Again, yes. You know that you are indulging when you go to a steakhouse.Acknowledging that given, the prices here are good for what it is. So if you are finding yourself like I was with a hankeringfor a steakhouse and a need to indulge but on a limited budget, so you're not gonna spring for Capital Grill or Chart House orsuch, know that I was not disappointed here and enjoyed my visit.
