Milan has become our first choice for pizza in the Rochelle Park area. They do bacon topping perfectly (meaty, not overly... crisp), and the crust is tasty and crunchy but still soft inside. Horrible experience. Burnt chicken. Horrible customer service. I called to ask about the portion size of the pasta because it... was not full. The person from the pizza place was very rude and unprofessional, he did not offer a solution about it or he didnot offer an apology at least so I let him know I wouldn't order from them again and his answer was "Ok. I am not one to complain, however in this case I have never come across a pizzeria that serves me half a tray of pasta with... burnt chicken. When I called to look for a solution they didn?t even bother to solve the problem and instead when I mentionednot ordering again, they told me never to order again in response. I'm originally from the Chicagoland area, but this pizza is the best I had the whole time I've been visiting here in NJ. The... crust was crispy without being soft, the sauce was great, it had the right amount of cheese - just an all around amazing pie.The owner was very understanding about a mix-up on the bill as well.
