If you can't manage to serve more then one customer in the drive thru at a time and you expect people to wait close to 15... minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of them. Don't expect a good review. This would be 0 stars if Icould. Either train and pay your staff better so they'll want to work faster or close the restaurant. Read more
The food is pretty decent. Staff is somewhat nice. The lobby is almost always closed though. They do keep the store pretty clean... when you can actually eat inside. Read more
I've worked here almost 4 years, its crazy sometimes but I love it. The pandemic has been so hard on everyone, and even now... hiring good workers is frustrating. Only one star because I cant put zero. My jalapeño cheese bites are empty, only crust no filling. My chicken and bacon burger... has no bacon at all, and chicken is not cooked. Unacceptable Read more
Not impressed with the service, one employee couldn?t be bothered to take my order even though they were sitting behind the... counter doing nothing, even after being asked to by another employee. Inappropriate comments for a work place are also beingmade between coworkers VERY audibly, to the point where they can be heard sitting farthest away from the back as possible. I?mnot expecting much being that it?s fast food, but this has to be one of the worst fast food places in the area. The onlypositive is that the food was edible.
