Everyone here seems friendly AND efficient. My only 1 on 1 contact was with Allie, who took my long order, helping me along the... way with my various questions and also proactively offering options. This was an unexpectedly delightful experience in themiddle of my long drive. They were pleasant enough but they hadnot one of the 3 donuts I asked for so I had to come as close to those as I could for the... grands and I asked for a cup of hot tea and she gave me a cup of ice tea. Only the drive-through was open because of being shortstaffed so I took what she handed me and left. Read more

Usually decent, pretty good donuts, blueberry glazed cake are THE BEST! Employees are usually younger Gen. But mostly respectful... and polite. Wait times vary but usually not the employees fault- customers are to blame for long wait times if there are any.That goes to show the donuts are delicious ???? Read more

I'm on the road I left Spokane Coeur d'Alene area and now I'm in Indiana but wow was that Dunkin' Donuts awesome

They could cook the tots completely and maybe give full orders of them.

Really organized and great teamwork. I?ve stopped here twice in the last few weeks. The donuts were fresh and my coffee tasted... great. It is a busy place but we?ll worth the extra minute. Super happy. Read more

Very Fast Service & Excellent Employees Especially Alyssa..She knows most her returning customers drinks by heart. Super... friendly Atmosphere with a dine in area , connected to Pilot. The Pumpkin Holes are Seasonal but My Very Favorite. Prices areway cheaper & in my opinion the drinks are better than Starbucks. Read more
