I was in this store about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I came in and ordered a meal to go. I was informed after that it would be a while... because they were making party packs. I nicely asked for a refund because I couldn?t wait that long. The manager told me no andI?d have to wait for my food because her boss was on vacation. Apparently she can?t do returns. (Lie) I ended up being late towork since my food took 20 minutes. I called corporate for my refund and they said the store manager would call me about myrefund. No call but they claim they tried to call. I called again after a week because I heard nothing. They resubmitted it andthe store manager lied yet again that they already tried to call me. So I called back after another 8 days to be informed thatthey would skip the manager and go even higher. Hopefully this gets solved because this is no way to run a store/company. Read more
Asked for tacos with no lettuce for the kids. Of course, they put lettuce on them. Raised the price of the party pack, again.... That's like, four times in six months. Used to be a deal. Not anymore. Read more
Never have regular chicken. 3 months in a roll been there same results
Every time we come here, they forget a item or they mess up a item. We constantly have to call and get food replaced. It?s to... the point where we don?t even want to go here now due to them not getting a single order right. Other than that, the food isjust okay. Nothing special. Had a really hot and fresh spicy chicken sandwich. Personally I like lettuce on mine but forgot it only had pickles and the... yummy spicy sauce. The drive thru lady was great and we laughed about the hot guy in front of me. lol thanks for a greatsandwich Read more
This location in Rochester In, was very good and also very clean. Even the restrooms were clean & tidy. The food was served... fast, hot and tasty. With so many KFC's closing, we were very happy to find this one and enjoy a nice meal. Read more
Service is worse excellent bud better than bad. Clean and light dining room. Chicken leg in real was smaller than at picture... (see attached photo). 50/50 if I would come back. Read more
This KFC was a gorgeous restaurant with amazing decor, the only downside was the understaffed issue, I believe there were only 4... workers total, food was still great. Read more
