Had the most epic experience here. Was driving to Indianapolis and stopped here to get my kids lunch. Tried ordering happy... meals with my kids standing by my side. The gentleman taking our order was not pleased when I said 3 cheeseburger happy mealsplease. He proceeded to throw out every 4 letter word at me, right in front of my kids, he then instructed me that I wasordering it incorrectly (you must order one at a time apparently). He stared me down for a minute then said we would need tostart over and he demanded I order correctly. I was stunned but complied! The gentleman also didn't know how to use theregister, so I felt bad about the lack of training. I calmly ordered, thanked him, but his choice of language was veryinappropriate in front of my kids. They were genuinely scared. Restaurant was clean, food was what you get when going toMcDonalds. Just insane service. Also should note, 3 different people exiting McD's warned us not to go in as they were exiting. Should have listened I guess. Read more
Good enough visit. As clean as any McDonald?s. Staff was nice. The guy taking orders was struggling but made sure we were set.... One thing came out wrong and he took care of it. Can?t complain about that! That?s what makes the difference at any business orrestaurant, caring for customers and making sure they?re in good shape. The price point really doesn?t matter, simply goodservice. A lot of far more expensive places I regular could learn a lot from an interaction I had passing through here atMcDonald?s! Read more
The only reason they are getting a 3 star is because my food was hot. Had to wait forever for a happy meal. There seemed to be... enough workers seeing as there was enough time to have 2 of them joking around up by the register. Not asking for much, justwant my food as quick as you want to take my money. I use their electronic kiosk to order, against my better judgment. Specifically entered that I was eating in. Was prompted to... take a number and enter it, which I did. Placed it on the table I was sitting at, as instructed. Waited 20 minutes, and askedwhat was going on. Was told it would be coming out to me. At 30 minutes I'd had enough. Return the number marker to them, andtold them to keep the food. Repeated bad experiences at this place over an extended period of time. Not going back. Read more
I placed a doordash order today for my kiddos and i. I ordered and paid for an almost EIGHT dollar bagel. When i get the food... the "bagel" was a biscuit. So that was a huge rip off but whatever i get it things happen. I called and spoke to the manager andI asked her if there was anyway I could get it replaced and she told me I would have to "Contact doordash." which makes no sensebecause it was their mistake. I told her i paid double+ the price of what i got and she told me that I would have to bring thebiscuit back before they can remake me a bagel. I explained to her that I ordered DoorDash for a reason and couldn?t make it upthere. So I had to place a whole new order for another bagel just to STILL only get ONE out of the two I have now paid for. Andstill no credit for it because i couldnt bring the biscuit back in ???? definitely sounds like they need new management. Not tomention they are RUDE almost everytime we go there. Ridiculous. If you want every item you order to be completely messed up and made wrong, you?ve come to the right McDonalds. They are the... worst McDonald?s you could ever find. They are rude not only at the Drive Thru, but also on the inside as well. The owner willrefuse to refund any orders, even if you have proof they messed up. Do you want to use a coupon? Good luck, because half thetime they can?t even take the digital coupons. Want extra pickles? Or extra Mustard? They can?t even do that without messing up.They obviously have major issues with training people on how to read orders and to listen to customers. They also don?t careabout keeping the dining room clean, they always have fries all over the tables and floor. I?d recommend another McDonalds butunfortunately, no where within 100 miles can you find a well maintained store, properly trained staff or friendly staff. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service fries are always cold! Just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and only got the meat and... a bun no toppings! Do not recommend Rochester Indiana McDonald's! Absolutely horrible! Read more
