Stopped here really quick for my lunch break and was not informed it would take longer for my order because they had party... packs. I said I only had about 10 minutes to wait. I asked for a refund after that and the manager said she couldn?t do itbecause her manager was on vacation. Which is obviously a lie. So I was late for my meeting.
