If you do anything in the Rochester area you need to stop by Dino's!!! It's not just the Cookie Dough/ Ice Cream combo that you... will adore but also the care the staff takes with each customer. My family and I stopped into Dino's tonight for a quick sweettreat, little did we know a massive storm was going to hit as soon as we walked in. We live close by so we happened to walkthere. All of sudden a tornado warning was announced. The staff was calm and pleasant. They gave us all waters and providedsome great stories to comfort us. This made my family feel so safe until the storm passed. This small comfort has made me adedicated customer for life. Thank you for all that you do! Read more

Really disappointed. My husband and I both got funfetti cookie dough and the texture was strange, similar to soft butter. I am... an avid fan of cookie dough, I have found many favourite places in the past, none of which served their cookie dough with thistexture. The flavour was also not good. Neither of us could even eat more than a few spoonfuls. Went back to get ice cream andstill was not good at all. I felt really bad throwing away so much food :( Read more

My boyfriend and I always walk in and stop here. We love the cookie dough! Also, the owner has never been rude to us. Probably... because we never give him a hard time and actually read the menu/prices. He's always smiling and waving at us if he sees us walkpast the store. The prices are great considering how much product you get. Ignore the bad reviews. These people are unhappy at acookie dough bar...they will never be happy no matter where they go. Read more

Most of the cookie dough flavors were way too sweet for me, but you can never go wrong with chocolate chip and the peanut... butter. Read more

NEEDS MILK. WHO EATS COOKIES / COOKIE DOUGH WITHOUT MILK? Edit: In response to the owner- That's not the reason I gave 3 stars.... I gave three stars because the first time I came in there was milk available- which I would expect at any non-vegan foodestablishment in general but yes, especially at a place that sells cookie dough especially as cookies are traditionally eatenwith milk in America. So naturally, I expected milk to be available. I can tell you that the first time I came in I happened toask for it but an employee should have offered. Upselling at the register by asking for an add on "Would you like some milk withyour cookie dough?" is a basic part of running a profitable business. When there was milk originally it was these big bottles ofmilk. It'd make sense to just have a gallon or two and paper cups with straws for $1 or whatever. Thats cut back wastesignificantly and provide a complimentary item to the featured product. No milk -1? for me. The other reason I gave less starswas because the staff was a bit rude. They just seemed irritated the entire time I was there. -1? I can see by the ownersresponse to my review and the other critical reviews that you're just rude in general and so I wont be returning since youclearly dont want my business. -1? Photos attached is owner being rude to other reviewers. Read more

A great place to experience a change up in your normal dessert craving. The cookie dough was smooth, creamy, and absolutely... delicious. The staff was extremely cordial, greeting us, and talked with us during our visit, including the owner of theestablishment. If you read through the bad reviews, most of these people with their bad reviews are nonsense. They?recomplaining about the price or taste. Take a moment and think your decision through, if you like cookie dough and ice cream, this is the place for you. If you want to act like the other bonehead reviewer that wants to go buy ?a sheet of cookie dough?for $3.99, go ahead and get sick from salmonella. The owner explained the dough process to us and what goes into making thedough edible. Now that you?ve read this, go on and get you a delicious $3 (fair priced) scoop of this dough Read more

Friendly and helpful staff that is very knowledgeable about the safety of their product. Everything my husband and I tried was... delicious. I look forward to returning, I know quite a few kids jealous of the treats we had without them. Tips: Great prices,so go for multiple scoops. With so many great flavors it?s hard to choose. But if we have to, the coconut cream cheese was ourfavorite, with monster as a close second. If you don?t have left over, you?ll be sorry. I?ve enjoyed sneaking a few bites hereand there out the fridge for a few days. So fun!! And if you were wondering, they have ice cream as well, some fun and uniqueflavors. Read more
