Ordered a couple of late night pizzas for me and my partner. Requested contactless delivery as we were finishing up some work.... Went to grab the pizza off our front stoop and noticed half my pizza was laying on the sidewalk in front of my house. NaturallyI called the store and requested some assistance. Explained the situation to the guy on the phone, and he put the manager on.Jade asked for pictures of the incident, so my partner sent them using her cell phone while I was on the line. Jade precedes totell me that she's been working with Vincent for 5 years and he's been delivering pizzas for 15. Says that there's no way hewould ever drop or throw a pizza. I tell her that I understand mistakes happen, that I'm not looking to get anyone fired oranything. I simply want a new pizza. She said that based on her experience that one of our close living neighbors (we live inthe suburbs and half of my front yard is fenced, and the other neighbor is seperated by 2 yards and a driveway),or an animalmust have gotten to it, or someone took a bite and threw it. Says its out of her hands, and she blames us for the incident.Refuses to offer any suggestions to resolve the situation, instead tells me that if I want to contact corporate, I need togoogle it myself. I asked her to provide the information as well as her name and the drivers name. Never have I witnessed suchaccusatory behavior from a general manager of a food service establishment. I understand mistakes happen, it was dark and myporch light was off, but to blame me and refuse to do anything to rectify the situation is unprofessional and rude. Ingredients are the best. Fresh mushrooms, large chunks of sausage and lots of pepperoni. Try Domino's, they have really upped... their quality! Crust was perfectly cooked. Read more
Ordered the pizza on the app and watched the tracker. "Jade" made my pizza right after my order at 6:50 p.m. then I got to watch... it sit in "quality control" for over 47 minutes. Best part was watching the delivery tracker make 2 stops before it got to myhouse 77 minutes after we ordered. Nothing like ice cold pizza on a Saturday night!! Do NOT order delivery from this store. Twice I have ordered and have been told my pizza would be here in 30-45 minutes, and when... it didn't arrive an hour later I called the store and was told it would be there "any minute".. another 20 minutes go by, stillno pizza. I was told they were now closed (at 8pm on a Saturday) and wouldn't be able to fulfill my order. They were busy anddidn't have enough drivers. If they just told me that up front I wouldn't have wasted my time. This store is poorly managed,they didn't even seem to know where their driver was. Do yourself a favor and order Jets instead - better pizza and betterservice. Read more

Some of the worst Domino?s pizza I?ve ever had. Pizza is cooked to death, no sauce hardly any cheese and very dry. Bread bites... have just a butter bath on the bottom of the box hardly any Parmesan, and cinnamon twists are swimming in cinnamon syrup. Won?tbe coming back, this used to be one of my favorite places for a quick basic pizza but the quality of the food and the staff hasgone way downhill. Read more
I wish for a full time job traveling the country to eat all its pizza! - Pizza topped with black olives and green peppers -... Pizza topped with chicken and jalapeño peppers - Pizza topped with beef and mushrooms - Pizza topped with feta cheese andspinach All four were handmade pan style pizza. I enjoy this one best from Domino's Pizza because it offers a thicker yetfluffier crust that is satisfying. The delivery for my order was prompt! I prefer Domino's Pizza over other delivery places because I just like their pizza better. Yes, I do enjoy other chains, but... this seems to be my preferred carryout for a variety of reasons. For starters, Domino's has a lot of great online features.Yes, you can still call in to order pizza over the phone, but you can also create a profile online, acquire points and save yourpreferred pizza styles. Secondly, they offer some great carryout specials along with delivery specials as well. My last feworders have been carryout, but I have done delivery as well. They are on time, and my food has been prepared and delivered inthe promised time window. I usually get a large pepperoni pizza, but have tried other menu options as well. While I do check mymail for circulars, Domino's pretty much has everything online that I need. No need for clipping coupons and trying to find themwhen you need them.Also, another thing that I love is the pizza tracker. After you place your order online, you can watch thetracker as it gets prepared and ready for pickup or delivery. It even tells you who's making it! LOL Overall, pretty reliablefood here. I've been a fan for years, but they really have stayed consistent with how their food tastes, keeping up with onlinetrends, and even have an app for your phone. (no app for me. I already have to many. I really don't need one more.Seriously.) Staff and service here onsite is friendly and helpful. Some members are goofier than others, but consistent withgetting stuff done correctly. Over all the years I've been ordering, they have yet to fail me on delivery, carryout, messing upmy order or being rude. Thank you Domino's for keeping it real on the pizza front.
