So I was waiting all weekend to go with my wife to Five Guys Burgers and Fries the plan was.. we were going to go to The Cider... Mill and then go to lunch. Well we stayed at The Cider Mill a little longer than anticipated and decided to go to dinner to fiveguys. Place was very clean let me say that first off the place was very clean. Although when I went into the bathroom, there wastrash overflowing in the basket the mirror was dirty like no one had cleaned it in the last at least hour or two. There was onlyfour people working there that I could see unless there was other staff in the back, the employees did not look happy.. themanager was making our order we had a specific order request which they did honor.. but, the one thing that I love the mostbesides are obvious Burgers is the fries. Last time I came there with my wife the fries were slightly undercooked. That, I candeal with. But, this particular order was overcooked to the point where it was completely burnt! It wouldn't be so bad if itwasn't the manager that was making our order. I get it, there was a pandemic a lot of things have changed and people's livestrust me I know boy do I know. But that does not excuse poor service. When you're paying your hard-earned money whether it's 10bucks 20 bucks 30 or in our case almost $40, you expect the food to be right. I will probably not come back to thisestablishment in this location. For being in rochester, I expected a little better. Highly disappointed. This is one of thereasons why my wife and I don't really do take out very much because it seems like the simplest things people are getting wrong.And being a manager in service with customers, customers are the number one priority! It's not much to follow a ticket receiptand make the order the way the customer requested. I cannot express enough how great the service is here. From quality of food, to the customer service, this place is exceptional.... Was there at lunch time(12:15pm 9/6/22), and I got to watch the team members work a few minutes. Their communication was thebest I have ever seen, at any Five Guys locations, or any other restaurant in the area. Kudos to the staff in charge, as well asthe employees who all are tremendous. Every person in line today was greeted, and thanked for coming in. I cannot explain enoughhow awesome it was to watch these guys work. Five stars all the way. Read more
Ordered One hamburger and fries and a coke . 20 dollars. Hamburger had three pieces of wilted lettuce,two small pickle slices.... Fries had a pound of salt , I love salt but even they put way too much on . What happened to this place I know price has to goup but come on 20 Dollars for a burger fries and a coke and than to give out bad food . Now way again will I waste my moneyhere. Read more

I got told my total at the register and all I could was laugh at the cashier and walk out. I'm not paying $20 for a burger,... fries and a drink are you kidding me? They used to be expensive, but this is just highway robbery. The burgers aren't even thatgood either, they're above average at best. The fries are the only good thing they've got here, but that's $5 for a SMALL...Think I might just stick to Culver's and bars for my burgers. Read more
