Good pizza, quite a bit greasy though. Staff seems a little hit and miss for how friendly they are, but have never been rude!
Have been ordering pizza from their downtown Rochester location for a good 5 years now . Pizza is always good no complaints but... I ordered a pizza two days ago and came home to open the box and find out there was no cheese on it. Who has pizza withoutcheese ? Lol so I called them and the lady said I could get a free pizza next time I ordered . I hope I do get that free pizza???? apparently it?s an issue with the online ordering selections . I said ?no? to extra mozzarella and it completely wiped outcheese from my pizza ! I see a few more complaints about the online ordering issues. Ordered a BBQ chicken on the website. It asked me if I wanted extra cheese. I did not Intend for extra cheese, but since they... made a pop up come up asking me and saying "we promise it will be delicious"(literally)I said yes. Somehow between then andsubmitting the order it added another extra mozzarella, so I got a 3x mozzerlla..the pizza was disgusting and not edible whendelivered. I ate one slice and gagged..there was like 4 layers of cheese, the bottom two not even cooked hardly. The wholecheese came off the slice as one goopy mess when i the first bite. I ordered butter crust, the entire pizza was soaking inbutter So there was a glitch in their order form that messed up my order, easy to correct right? Just replace the pizza, giveme a voucher for replacement pizza etc. Nope, I call and they said they can give me a free bread or pop next time I come? Sonow I'm out $32.00 I paid for this.
