I took my boyfriend here for his birthday yesterday and every moment of this experience was AMAZING! The ambiance as soon as we... walked in was very inviting and classy. The outside seating area was beautiful! Every single staff member that we encounteredwas so polite and made us feel extremely welcomed. The food…THE FOOD..OMG!!! Perfect place if you're looking for drinks appetizers or even a full meal. Located inside the hotel with easy parking access. We... sat at the bar and had the best service. I can't recall the bartender's name but he goes above and beyond to making sureeveryone is happy. We had to order beignets, Irish coffee and hot toddy. Our drinks were not on the order list but the bartenderknew how to make them and went right into action to making sure we got what we wanted. What a lovely place can't wait to comeback again. We have gone there twice and the food the first time was excellent but just okay the second time. The place was busy, and... service and ambiance was good but not up to the standard I would expect for the price. The filet mignon and the sea bass wereexcellent, the prime rib was okay. I have never been disappointed in Park 600, one of those restaurants you get something different each time knowing it’ll be... fantastic no matter what. This time we got the sea bass entree and the short rib special they were both fantastic!! For dessertwe got the peanut butter cheesecake which was plenty for 2 and absolutely delicious. Park 600 will always be my go to place fora nice date night or a birthday dinner or even just a nice lunch once in awhile! Really enjoyed eating here. The vegan pot pie was delicious. Someone at my table ordered pizza that I thought was so-so. Another... got carbonara that was really yummy. Beignets for dessert are a must. It’s not often I think restaurants have good service,but the service here was 10/10. There are tables set up outside of the restaurant, almost in the hallway.
