Usually we love eating sandwiches at Penn Station but today we had a very bad experience, my husband ordered a sandwich and 2... large fries but unfortunately the fries were bitter in taste, bad oil smell was coming from the fries and fries were burnt. Wepaid around $30 for this and not worth it at all. Waste of money. We will never go at this location ever again. Read more

Penn Station is my Husbands and my favorite sub shop. The food is great and the people are even better. When I'm in a bad mood,... my husband knows to bring me there. It's a deli sub joint. Fries are made to order. You can see them put a potato in the slicerand then cook it. It's super delish. Also, their homemade cookies are oh so good. I would recommend Penn Station to everyone.The Penn Station in downtown Rochester is the best. Maybe because it's the original Penn Station. I love the grilled Italian subthe best. Yummy. Read more
Really great subs! I went here for a date recently and haven?t had them for a while since all the locations around me have... closed. Their fresh lemonade is great too and I have never had a bad meal or experience at this business! Seems like a decentplace to work as well with a friendly crew! Read more
This has always been a favorite but I have to say since Bernie sold out it's not a +5 star anymore. Order on the phone they tell... you 15-20 minutes and you arrive in 10 to luke warm food. Also, the quality has dropped from always excellent to sometimes good.What the menu shows vs what is delevered is two different worlds. Just look at the pictures. Order a grilled italian and you getwhat ever they throw in, mine had coleslaw instead of lettuce, skimpy on the cold cuts hardly any onions or bannana pepppers and1 slice of tomatoe on each half of a 9" sub.
