I have lived in Rochester for many years but never made it this way until now. We went on a week night, able to seat ourselves.... Was very busy at 6:30pm but cleared out soon. Ordered drinks abs then our food. Prepared fast. Just exactly as ordered. Mytater tots were a over cooked and a bit hallow inside many of them. The breakfast was good. I really like this place. Always here for breakfast. I love it when I get yummy food I don't get at home! Very polite people. ... Waitress was very nice and made sure my coffee cup was always full. Nice size breakfast to keep me full for a few hours. Youngman greetings people was friendly and helpful. I walk with a walker and he opened the door for me and my sister. Not manypeople would do that anymore. Goes to show chivalry isn't dead! Read more
We arrived on a Friday evening and our group of 7 was seated quickly. Jason our server was very attentive the Carolina western... burger and the brie burger were spectacular. Beers were cold and Jason kept them full. Great service and great food we willdefinitely be back. Read more
Stopped in with my kids for the first time in probably 7years and the service was fantastic. The staff was so kind when my kids... couldn't make up their minds. My husband and I were in over a year ago after the owner change. Not impressed. For years it was our favorite place for... breakfast. Then they switched owners and this place went to hell. Prices went up, and quality wayyyy down. We tried them againtoday, and nope! Roosters is still the best in our book. They forgot his toast and asked if he wanted to come back for it. Noapology. So sad to see an iconic Rochester establishment decline this far. Read more
We had a hockey tournament this weekend and was able to experience Downtown Rochester. I wasn't impressed with the places my... hockey team planned for brunch and team meals, so the last restaurant we choose was just my family and the Food was amazing, itwas nice to finally eat at an awesome breakfast place that didn't have menu items $15+. The staff was very attentive andhelpful. There were a lot of staff that worked hard to get the drinks and food out. The food was so tasty with nice servings. Myfamily of 6 usually has to get a to go box but we actually ate everything. I finished the mess and it was fulfilling but veryflavorful, with the perfect amount of veggies, Hash browns and bacon. I got a side of sausage gravy that was one of the bestI've had. My hubby got the chicken fried steak and cleaned his plate. My kids got the breakfast combo one with pancakes and onewith French toast. My oldest got the breakfast sandwich that had a waffle hashbrown incorporated. The bloody i got was housemade and had the perfect amount of spice. Overall out of all the fancy places I ate at over the weekend this was the best food Ihad in Rochester. Read more
Country fried steak and steak n eggs is absolutely delicious!! I love that they have clamato and the atmosphere is like a ma n... pops sports bar n food! Service could be happier been their twice n they seem unhappy.. but everything else makes up for it! Read more
