I went through the drive thru today and the lady on the intercom took my order but didnt tell me the price. I got to the window... she then told me the price, took my card handed it back to me and then handed me my food with no closing statement of any kind.My burger was cold so I called to tell them and no one answered the phone and there was no message option. Location closest to my home. It's hit or miss with the customer service. Even though with it being fast food, my expectations... are already pretty low.
