I went through the drive thru today and the lady on the intercom took my order but didnt tell me the price. I got to the window... she then told me the price, took my card handed it back to me and then handed me my food with no closing statement of any kind.My burger was cold so I called to tell them and no one answered the phone and there was no message option. Location closest to my home. It's hit or miss with the customer service. Even though with it being fast food, my expectations... are already pretty low. For the most part, I get my order as requested, but I have had a few orders with significant mistakes.If you go at the right time, the drive through isn't bad, but around lunch or dinner times, the wait is awful. Very low staff, same one person for the menu ordering as the person handing out food and had us waiting very long for him to get... back to us to continue our order and didn?t tell us when he had gotten back and forgot almost half of our order when giving usour food. But in the end still got our good and delicious food. Read more
Asked for food off broiler which they said they would do, so as normal I was pulled to keep the line flowing since my food was... cooking. After my wait I get my sandwich only to not have bacon on it as the picture shows on their new ceaser spicy chicken but to have my sandwich kind of sloppily made. Of course I called and the manager was super nice and said they would replaceit for me no problem. It just sucks I have to make another long trip across town to get my food corrected. I could have got acard sent to me in the mail but I didn't really trust that so I chose to go back. Overall I'd still go back. I just wish thingsare done right the first time. Read more
I'm writing this review as I'm standing in line waiting for service. I've already been waiting in line for 12 minutes and there... are still 2 customers in front of me. It is lunch time, but there seems to be no sense of urgency. As I watch, I observe thatthere have been several drive through orders that have been messed up. So, the total time standing in line to place our order:22 minutes. Moving on to the pop machine: There are 3 small cubes of ice that fall into my cup. The display on the machinestates that Coke is unavailable. Moving on to seating: The table was clean, but the booth seat had stuff on it. After 27minutes, the food is ready. And surprisingly, it tastes good and fresh. Due to this and the fact that none of the employees wererude, I'll give this visit 2 stars. But, overall, I wish I would have gone somewhere else.
