The lady who took my order was oddly impatient, had an attitude and awful tone like she hated me when I had never even see her... before. It was just weird & awkward. Anyways, I got my coffee almost 10 min later which was made correctly. The atmosphere waskinda cold, non-cozy & not your typical Caribou atmosphere. Overall, a really general experience! The Caribou is situated in the midst of the mall, which does take away it's comfortable... atmosphere, however they still have the tables and chairs, it's a great place if you're on the go getting coffee, or tea withyour friends! Sitting down for a while and chatting away while you wait for your coffee. The staff is extremely straightforwardfor getting what you want. Even on extremely busy days, they do their best to fulfill getting your drink and do their best touphold their services. Mistake drinks are bound to happen, and the staff is more than willing to remake your drink if necessary.I would just say organisation would be the thing for them to focus on, since they seem overwhelmed on those busy days! I did like the old Caribou Coffee that was not sitting out in the open like it is now, but had a store front. It does not have a... cozy atmosphere. The baristas do not always seem as professional, but I have never had the experience that some have had.Hopefully they were fired or got major retaining. What I have ordered has been fine. Coffee is great but they sometimes struggle getting things like no whipped cream right.
The sparkling blackberry lemonade is disgusting. It was like $5, and we threw it away because it was that gross. There is... absolutely no lemonade in it. It is just club soda and blackberry syrup.
