I love Caribou, but every time I go to this location it takes SO long. It doesn?t matter what I order I sit at the drive through... window for almost 10 minutes. This morning there were no other cars ahead of me and it took 8 minutes to get my coffee and plainbagel. Read more

Great stop! Easy access and drive through is easily accessible. Got our drinks and snacks quickly.
Came by here on Friday last week and wanted a Raspberry Latte with skim milk and a small size. When I pulled up to the drive... through speaker where you place the order I was asked to wait a minute. I ended up waiting 5 min before a female took myorder. After the order was placed, I waited another 5 and when I got to the window, my drink had been made into the xl cup whichI didn't want and when I asked to confirm it was skim milk in there the gal snapped at me and said "Well we don't do skim milkor custom milk orders. All our drinks, especially how this company makes our lattes are with 2% milk only. We are currently outof oatmilk and almond but those come if the drink calls for it." I was disappointed and no she did not re-make my drink for meand I was charged for the xl, not a small. I made it very clear that if this is true of Caribou that they make all drinks with2% milk no matter what then they must have a sign stating that. Otherwise making someone's drink opposite of what they orderedbecause you think it's better that way is disrespectful and rude. I asked for an extra shot of expresso as well and just thewhole drink was not made right. I'm guessing the gal at the window had to of been like 17 years old or younger. This Caribou in Rochester has the better customer service. Their line moves along just fine as well. I'm not a daily customer... but have been here a number of times and they always get my specific order correct and always have a joyful demeanor. Read more
Caribou cooks up a mean bagel. Morning walk got me sitting outside and enjoying the Ham, bacon, two eggs bagel. Nice slice of... Cherrywood smoked ham, two small pieces of bacon, two thick, fluffy fried eggs with peppered cream cheese and cheddar on a hashbrown bagel. The bagel was supper hot and had that oh-so-perfect chewy texture with the crunchiness of the hash brown on top. Good proportions with the bagel and ingredients. Read more
