My iced coffee drink was very sweet and did not have much coffee flavor. I like the sweet cream iced nitro from Starbucks much... better. The staff did not make me feel welcome. The food choices looked like almost a carbon copy to Starbucks. Would notnecessarily go back to that particular Caribou. Read more

Caribou Coffee is my favorite coffee chain. I am thrilled there are so many to choose from in Rochester, MN. This location is... right across the street from the St. Mary's campus. I love it when Caribou offers lunch box snacks and meals. I wish thelocations in KS had these options available. I get one every time I see them. Read more
Unbelievably inept staff - I came in to buy two pounds of whole bean coffee. There was signage that occupied the entire right... side of the cabinet with the coffee in it which stated "buy one get one half off" on any bag of coffee. When the clerk rang upmy two bags, they came in at full price. When I asked about the promotion, she said it was an old one and could no longer neverhonor it. I then inquired about the other offer that was running lengthwise on the display which read "two bags for $22." To myutter dismay, she said that she could not honor that deal either; this time due to a lack of a "button" on her register forit. To her credit, she had the foresight to call the manager who suggested that she offer me a free hot drink...incredible.Needless to say, I left the two bags under on the counter and walked out. Much easier to just order from a different retaileronline. How ok earth can this company hire employees that are so incompetent that they can't even manually key in a ~$20transaction without adult supervision? Read more
