I have yet to have even a "just OK" experience here. I come in a lot and every time the service is the same (very refreshing). ... The entire morning staff is friendly, they at least appear to be happy to be there and they stand by what they make. I workclose by and get free coffee, but choose to go in once a week because I know my order will be correct, the right temperature andknow exactly how it will taste. This is a solid store that deserves more than 5 stars. Salud! Read more
This was a beautiful coffee shop. Brand new building, with top notch interior decor. It was so nice. Very unique design with the... mountain cabin feel and the fun sayings all over the walls. The staff was young and not super inviting, but they were polite.The drinks were sugar free, and not top notch. You can get a better one off you don't mind the sugar. Read more
GORGEOUS new location on South Broadway!! Beautiful airy new store with modern boho decor. Drive thru. Excellent customer... service! I was super impressed with how fast my items came out considering I ordered food as well! Right in front of CandlewoodSuites and across from another hotel! Ordered a new hash brown bagel breakfast sandwich and my regular iced caramel high rise. Read more

Coffee is great, but I frequently get bagels from Caribou and this is the only store that has ever not toasted a bagel when I... request it and does not put the cream cheese on the bagel. They give a small container with barely enough to cover the bagel. Read more
