The experience that I had at this chick fill a location was anything but good. First of all, I had asked for change from my... order. It was 32$, I gave 35$, and didn?t receive any change. I went to the next window and asked for the change from my ordersince I never received it, and the employees were acting very rude and unhelpful towards me. I had my clients in my van that Itake care of, so I needed to keep track of the money. I then ask for my receipt. They say it is in the bags. I ask which bag.They never tell me and just look at me. I was so upset and felt disrespected and then I said thank you and drove away. We didnot receive any spoons for our shakes either. Read more
I am so disappointed in my last two experiences at Chick filA. What is going on with you guys? I just went and spent 250.00... and you couldn?t even provide polite service? I got my sandwiches immediately and stood waiting for 5 minutes for the shakes. When the shakes were made the employee simply put them on the back counter didn?t try to see if a customer was waiting. Whenthe manager finally noticed them sitting there I had to ask him to please give them to me so I could leave. What happened? Shift change happened. The sweet young girl who originally helped me had to go home. So my order??? Then you didn?t evensecure the lids which fell off and spilled all over my car. Wow. Thanks a lot Read more
This was my second or third trip to a Chic-fil-a. The service was good. We had gone during lunch time so it was very busy.... Floors and open tables were clean. Food was what you would expect from them it was hot and fresh. Read more
Same consistent fast food deliciousness as always. Consistency is important in fast food and I'm never disappointed when I pop... in here when I'm in a hurry to get food on the go. I just discover they have diet lemonade on the menu...as a diabetic I'malways happy to see something other than diet cola on any menu. Staff was seriously very impressive. They were tentative, pleasant, efficient and above you can tell they took pride in working... as a team. From the moment we got to the register, to the nice older lady cleaning the floors, to the manager who seemed tohelp in all of the roles; assisting employees and customers, and the food. The doors are finally open and one can finally dine inside. I enjoyed the standard fare of chicken tenders, waffle fries, Pepsi... and the ever enjoyable Chick-fil-A sauce. The open floor with tables and booths are clean and the staff friendly. Child playarea is still closed. Parking is limited and one can finds themselves parking in the mall parking lot. Nice to be back on theroad to normalcy. Read more
