Literally the worst chipotle ever. This is my third time being there and the third time they have messed up. First time- ordered... two salads and neither had lettuce? yeah. Second time- the order was over 1.5 hours late and still was missing items and theywere out of chips and said they couldn?t give us a refund, it had to be processed online. Third time- I?m currently makingdinner because they made one of the bowls in my order twice instead of two different ones. And the one they didn?t make hadmajor dietary restrictions so it wasn?t something that could just be dealt with. Instead I had to make dinner on the fly. I?m soinfuriated with them at this point I will 100% NEVER eat here again. Read more

Awful. Ordered an online order for a veggie burrito bowl, which should come with guac with no extra charge. Unfortunately I got... my bowl with no guac, TONS of sour cream, and the smallest amount of everything else I asked for? Will not be coming back. Read more

Very slow service. I completely understand that staffing right now is a problem, it is for everyone, but that can only be a... crutch for so long. Everyone has been dealing with it for long enough by now that it should just be factored into standardoperations until it gets fixed. Operate as if you're at 75-80% if you are in fact at 75-80% capacity, don't try to continue tooperate at 100%. If you can't keep up with online ordering, then don't offer the service. I placed an order for pickup at11:20, arrived at 11:30 to a line of 12-15 people waiting for their online orders, with one single person trying to make theorders who said she was still currently making orders for 11:10 pickup. As I stood for 30 minutes waiting for the food that Ihad already paid for to be made, about 15-20 people walked in off the street and ordered and walked out with there food beforethey got to mine. Figure it out. If you have 15 people who have already paid for their food and are still waiting for it, haveone of the workers slide over and help the other line. Or, have some of the online order queue get transferred over to thewalk-in line. Or, again, simply don't offer the service if you cannot fulfill it. It's less frustrating to not have the optionthan it is to have it and run into issues with it. Not a hard concept to grasp. Read more

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went here today to pick up lunch. I noticed the line wasn't really moving and heard someone say... they didn't have any white rice at the moment. One of the staff yelled that if you didn't need white rice they could help you.The lady in front of me wanted brown rice so ordered a bowl and 5 beef burritos. I ordered a salad and was told they had nosalad dressing. Then they ran out of cheese and said it was going to be 10 more minutes before they had the cheese shredded. Sonow they are out of white rice, cheese, and salad dressing. When we were getting ready to pay, the lady (who was busy trying tokeep her baby from crying), realized they only made her 1 beef burrito instead of 4! Instead, they gave her 4 tortillas on her 1burrito! THEN, the staff told her she needs to speak louder. Seriously??? Customer service has gone downhill everywhere, andthis is a prime example. I could tell the frontline staff was frustrated, and I would be too if the back of the house employeesare not keeping up. But stop making customers feel that it is their fault their order was wrong! I heard the lady perfectlyfine. And WHY would someone want 4 tortillas? Would you not double check what the customer said? I used to go to this Chipotleseveral years ago and it was always great. I I don't know if this in a management problem, or if they are short staffed. Theleast management can do is hold their staff accountable for treating the customer like a customer and not an inconvenience. Read more

My order was scheduled to be picked up at 5:30pm. I ordered 45 minutes in advance. It is now 6:19pm and my order has not yet... been started on not to mention finding the doors locked when arriving with no one addressing what's going on. I had heard horror stories about to go orders from this place... I should have listened. Ordered a large to go order from this... store to pick up at 4:40pm, got my confirmation and payment processed, everything seemed good. When I arrived there was a signon the door saying there hours that week were from 11-4... No explanation as to why and no other indication their hours hadchanged. The store was closed. After calling customer support and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I was able to obtain arefund- but my Nephew's bday party has to make other arrangements for food and I just wasted over an hour of my time. The half-empty front bowl in the picture is the one represented by the lid in the other picture. A few things: TINY... portions Front door locked with no sign indicating why or that we should go through the side door. Online orders only, which Iget because they're heavily understaffed. Heard folks yelling at each other in the back One bowl was supposed to have steak,rice, and queso, but it only had rice and about 8 pieces of steak with no queso. I've worked at chipotle for a few monthsbefore, and a lot of things can come down to short staffing and overwork because the company itself has some really badmanagement (and i imagine these folks arent getting paid enough to care more), but the portions were exceptionally bad, itemswere missing, and they ARGUED with us when we came up with bowls that were clearly missing items. tl;dr. Don't come here if youwant a safe bet for a good meal (but then again, I could say that for most chipotles. It's a mess from the top all the way down) Read more
