place is completely disorganized and dysfunctional. I ordered to pick up via drive thru and was blatantly ignored for over 15... minutes having to go inside to pick up. between this and having multiple issues previously with order mix ups and poorcommunication from staff to customers I do not believe I will be supporting this location any further. they do seem to have lackof staff which normally I would take into account but it seems they had all staff there during this time. was rush hour somaybe overwhelmed. This has to be one of the poorest run businesses I've ever seen. Poor customer service as well as poor quality pizzas from the... prep to the erratic sized slices. Then you have the counter staff who act like they are doing you a favor when they are an hourlate on completion of a simple pizza order?? Read more
They have a delivery driver in a white dodge ram truck who was tailgating me dangerously close on a potentially ice covered road... leading to Target north. He kept speeding up and slowing down and acting like he was trying to intimidate me. Tell your driverto chill the hell out on the road. Read more
Ordered pasta primavera for lunch break and when it was delivered I opened it up and the whole thing had been burnt black!!... WTH?! I asked for a refund and they said No but they could give me a dominos gift card. No thanks. I went to throw the food awayand the pasta all came out in one burnt rubbery clump! We waited for an hour for our pizza. Which wasn't that big of a surprise it being a weekend. However, when we got our pizza it... was cold. The pizza had a puddle of grease in the center. There was an obscene amount of pepper on the toppings. It was not goodquality at all. Our delivery driver was nice. So it was more of a quality check issue here. Read more
Used to love Dominos, family had a couple franchise stores. Now it seems like things are going down hill. Haven't been able to... order ham for several weeks, Missing crust seasoning several times now. Latest, called to order tonight, sat on hold for nearly20 minutes, tried calling from another phone, got through right away but the employee couldn't answer why my wife was still onhold nearly 20 minutes later. Food sat in the ?quality check? section for over 45 mins. Pizza was hard and chewy when it finally arrived. Attempted to call... the store many times (to cancel order so I could get other food faster) each time they picked up the phone and placed it on holdindefinitely just hoping I would hang up . Called back repeatedly getting Put on hold immediately over and over again. Rude ,terrible customer service . Delivery driver was apologetic , but unfortunately for him , his coworkers who wouldn?t answer thephone is what cost him his tip. Will never order dominos again !! Read more
I placed an order this week, short on time and figured I can eat it when I finally get a chance. Ordered chicken bites and... medium pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. Received pepperoni with other meat, maybe beef or sausage. I?m honestly unsure, butdefinitely NOT mushroom. I?m allergic to anise, a seasoning often used in sausage. Too risky to try, I was on the other side oftown and almost 2 hours later when I opened the box. Total waste of money, I couldn?t risk eating it. Not impressed with theiraccuracy.
