I've ordered from this place as a daily customer, and I never had any problems with them, but the guy on the phone was a in bad... mood and was rude. When I tried to ask for any deals going on that'll go with my order and ,he just hung up after saying yeah.This is not an appropriate attitude with someone trying to simply ask a question about a deal. Had a good review up until they decided they did not need to deliver to apartments anymore, just the entryways. My building is... full of elderly and disabled people, and less then 2 mins drive from the store, and yet they refused to deliver to the door eventhough I am handicapped. Called the store and was told it is their policy. Will simply never order from them again. Have gone toother places the last couple times instead. This is Rochester, and people downtown have reasons for being there, either becausepeople in hotels and buildings have medical issues. Refusing to deliver to the door when you take a delivery fee and get tippedis just terrible service. They lost a long time customer. Read more
The team here has always provided the perfect pizza for us. Just as ordered! Many times!! The access is fairly easy. The egress... is very easy. I use the Domino's app which is okay most of the time but sometimes it just fails. I've not been able to cash in atip reward yet. The yummy pizza sure makes up for it! Read more
None of the employees wear masks as of June 2020. Small seating area for dine in. Carry out and delivery available. Handicap... accessible. Online ordering option with status updates. Open kitchen so you can see the food prepared. Salads are modular andcan be mixed to your preference. Drinks are water and sodas. It would be nice to have juice or sports drinks available. Read more
The worst domino's in town Almost always forgets your sauces and takes almost an hour. $15 minimum for delivery? So when they... forget your sauces or take too long you can get a free pizza, but you can not have it delivered without spending an extra $15 toget it delivered, on top of the delivery fee and having to tip the delivery driver.
