Just not....appealing. Jimmy John's, firehouse, jersey Mike's all blow this place out of the lunch li Would you spend $10 on... that? I was a visitor forbade and I was disgusted at the state of affairs and I will NEVER eat at this establishment again. Next time I'll take my bread and fixings and make my sandwich. This was pathetic. Decent food, staff was very cool and nice. Also was very clean. Its good.
Went into erbert and gerberts today and card reader was down. I had no cash so the employee paid for my sandwich out of her tip... money. I told her I would be back to pay her back and I was actually back there in 10 minutes time and paid her back rightaway. Good food and great employees! Read more
I used to love erbs and gerbs.. But the past two times I went there the food sucked. 16.40 for a sandwich and soup. My sandwich... had one skimpy piece of meat and nothing else. One choice of bread to choose from and the broccoli cheese soup was Luke warm atbest. I see this business going under with how bad their food and service has become. Read more
Walked in today to grab lunch to-go and the manager had quite a few of the employees at one of the tables as soon as I walked... in. He was hounding them in a non-respectful and non-productive manner. I don?t know the backstory, but the way he was talkingto them isn?t the way to handle any situation. Couldn?t believe how he was hounding them, especially in the presence of payingcustomers. The manager actually ended up going to the front to take my order. I ordered an 8?? narmer on wheat with a bowl ofchicken and wild rice soup. As he entered in my order, I had to correct him on the type of bread, the kind of soup and the sizeof soup. I?ve never had to correct someone at that location except today when the manager obviously didn?t listen to mewhatsoever when I was ordering. He also never told me how much my order was and never offered me a receipt. While anotheremployee was preparing my order, the manager returned to the table with the group of employees and continued to talk down tothem in a non-respectful and non-productive manner. Decent sandwich however prices way high. Nearly $15 per person for an 8inch sub sandwich and a cup of soup. I could get a foot... long sandwich from subway with double meat for less than that. Place is starting to get busy, though later in the day can sometimes crawl by without customers. During this national health... issue it's a simple sandwich shop with daytime hours. I typically wipe down everything a customer could touch with peroxidecleaner (and being taller, i can reach everything) every hour or two. Most customers already make use of online ordering, to theones that don't you should look into it, employees may have a discount but the deals on the app are better. Read more
