I stood at the pick up counter for almost 10 minutes. There were about 8 people working, yet not a single one asked if I needed... help. Finally I had to shout someone down to see if my order was ready. Turns out it was sitting on the shelf ready the entiretime. Maybe try teaching your staff the bare minimum of customer service.
