I stood at the pick up counter for almost 10 minutes. There were about 8 people working, yet not a single one asked if I needed... help. Finally I had to shout someone down to see if my order was ready. Turns out it was sitting on the shelf ready the entiretime. Maybe try teaching your staff the bare minimum of customer service. I don?t get five guys a lot. But man have their prices gone up. I went during lunch the restaurant was very clean and there is... lots of seating. My food came out fairly quick and I was more then satisfied with my portion of fries. I would visit againnext time I?m in the Rochester area. Read more
I ordered a Little Bacon Burger (no cheese). Sure enough, they put cheese on it. Glad we dined inside so we could get it fixed.... They were quick to make me another burger & let us keep the other (which we took home to our son). Read more

Great service, semi friendly and you get free peanuts while u wait for your food. Hamburger and fries were good however it was... not as good as it was raved to be. I thought I had ordered just a single patty hambergerand when I got it here it was a doubleburger...way to much for me to eat. We ordered a grilled cheese for a child and it was very good. We also ordered shakes to gowith or meal and they very good..nice and thick and they had great flavor. They have an area to go outside and eat if you wouldlike to do so.
