Update: The ability to order the fountain drink on the app is back. Prices are still high, but that is the trend unfortunately.... With the return of the fountain drink, the cost of my order is now up 8.9% from September compared to the 13% increase I wasseeing when bottled pop was the only option. New Review: The option to order the fountain drink on the app has been taken away.The bottled soda tastes worse and costs more. On top of that, they like to bag the soda with the sandwich. That's a problem ifyou order a warm sandwich since both soda and sandwich will end up being lukewarm. In addition to this unfortunate change,prices have risen substantially. The cost of my favorite sandwich went up 8.9%, the fountain drink when up 9%, and the cost ofthe bottled soda pushed on app-users is a whopping 32% higher than the old cost of the fountain drink. Overall there was a 13%cost increase for my typical order. This change is too much too quickly. I will be visiting less frequently. Not really that great, did an app order at the same time as someone else, got to the shop and coworkers was ready, ended up... waiting 15 minutes for mine, they seemed to have just forgot about my order. Also used the wrong kind of bread, I orderedParmesan and they just used regular. Just not a great experience for my first time ever having Jersey mikes. There are betterplaces to go. Also when I opened the sand which it was like almost wet inside, they seemed to have gone a bit crazy with thesauce. Just a disappointing experience overall. Read more

The subs are always amazing here. We had placed a order online on January 13th. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food... which I was told the reason why it took longer to get our food was told our ticket was misplaced so I was given four coupons tomake up for it. I?m glad I looked at the coupons before using them. The coupons expired in November of 2020. So the couponscan?t even be used. Read more

Went in around closing time, 830-845pm. Had one of the most pleasant experiences in a sandwich shop I can remember. The staff... greeted me (every one of them), they were professional and pleasant when talking to me about my sandwich options. They were outof the Rosemary Parm bread, which was totally fine as the staff I was talking with offered me other options and suggested thewheat based on the consistency of the bread I wanted. As it was being made, they asked me other options for toppings, and if themustard I wanted was enough. At the end of the transaction I was commenting on the sub names, and the young lady at the countertold me a bit about the history and how the subs were numbered, I had no idea the number 56 meant something to theowner/creator! It was almost on the level of walking into a local deli to have a sandwich made or order. Overall 5/5 stars,would recommend to anyone looking for a good sandwich with great service. Read more

Went there today around 1pm and they were slammed. Two workers didn?t show up apparently. Each and every person who was there... was working their butts off tho and had a surprisingly good attitude. I go there often and they are always really nice I wasjust impressed even more so this time with how busy it was and how customers can be nowadays. It is super clean. I have a gluten allergy and asked for their GF bread. The man behind the counter asked if it was because of... an allergy. When I answered yes, he proceeded to wash his hands, change his gloves, clean the grill, and clean the sandwichbuilding space. I know this is proper procedure, however, I rarely experience it, so when I do, it is greatly appreciated! Thesandwich was delicious!!! The service was friendly and thoughtful!!
