They continually get my order wrong when I order on the app. I order a sandwich without mayo & they will always put it on... anyway. I tried to call & talk to the manager once about it, but he just hung up on me. There isn't any place to get the issuefixed online like Burger King or Wendy's. Those kind of places could fix the issue within minutes. I got a response back onetime when I posted a negative feedback on the app the last time. They still didn't offer to refund my purchase but just send mecoupons instead. Of course I had another issue yesterday when I tried to order a bacon burger. It would have tastedsignificantly better if they actually put the bacon on the sandwich. Of all the things to leave out it seems rather obvious thatit would be necessary. Go with low expectations & not expecting to get what you ordered or you could be very disappointed asthere is no way of getting any of what you paid back from this location for it's mistakes. Was back again going through thedrive through after having a long discussion with one of the managers several months ago. But this time it wasn't an issue ofgetting the order correct. Instead I ended up waiting for 15 minutes to get my food. I understand there was one car ahead of methat did take a little bit of time to get done. But at most 4 minutes. I instead was then told to pull ahead to the front windowwhile other cars got their food and just drove around me one after another. And I pre-ordered my food on the app & there wasonly 2 items. And one of the items was chicken nuggets which I am 1000% sure were made before I got there. This is not sloppyservice like before but just bad service. Read more

As I had 3 orders for the drive thru. I was told to pull forward, they said 30 seconds. I said I'll wait. The manager came to... the window and said I don't know why people refuse to move. Went through the drive through we got 2 meals. We got the sweet tea but not the coke. I already paid and the lady told me the... pop machine was down. Didn't offer a refund or nothing. I had already had waiting for 15 minutes and didn't want to botherbecause they were busy. Also didn't get the 2nd order of fries. I was in drive-thru and ordered a fish to be fresh made and when I got my receipt it said well done but when I got to the window... to pay for my order I explained to them that it is to be sure it was made fresh and they replied okay we'll fix that mistake butwhen I got home with my order my fish was so overcooked my wife and didn't eat it. It was a very disappointing experience. Ifeel a little more customer feedback and satisfaction needs to be brought up. Read more
