Let's just say I haven't left a food establishment with as big of a smile as I did when I came here. Irene is extremely friendly... and very energetic especially after having the busy day that they had. She was more than helpful and the food was delicious. Herenergy made me feel more than welcomed and almost part of a family, she made it her goal to make the best experience I couldhave for stopping by. I feel like if more people were like her this world would be a much more wonderful place. Noodles ishonored to have a person that puts their whole heart into everything they do. Great experience at this location. We brought our 3 kids and had them share a kids entree. The staff was very friendly and... accommodating, specifically, Irene was fantastic. So kind and attentive. She even came back to check on how our meal was once westarted eating. Great atmosphere - very family friendly. Read more
Looks like they got so much needed new staff in this location. I had vowed not to come back and for quite a long time I drove... all the way to the south into town to not have to come back. Myself in a position where I checked this one out again, new staffseems to have it together. Nothing like it used to be. Actually friendly service, correct orders, and not being treated likesimply being a customer is an inconvenience to the people who were too busy jaw wagging behind the counters previously. Read more
Don?t let the ?noodles? in the name fool you! This is an awesome Midwest chain that has great gluten free option. They have... customizable noodle dishes that can be gf or vegan - essentially allowing you to build your own dish. They?re a great fast anddelicious option! Read more
Nice and clean. Staff were friendly too! I got the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese.
We had a very good experience dining here. They are short staffed as a lot of places are but the manager was so very kind and... attentive and saw that our needs were met. Traveling through the area on our way back home while on vacation, we didn't reallywant another burger and fry type meal. I am glad we stopped. This manager deserves a big raise! Read more
The food was delicious, but the overall building condition was dirty and unkept. Things were not only dirty, but worn and... falling apart. I felt a bit uncomfortable in the restaurant. There is a lot that needs done to make this establishmentpresentable. Read more
Nobody in both Noodles restaurants in Rochester wears a hair net or Gloves. Then when we ordered on line it sent us to the wrong... Noodles that we where across the street from. Also didn?t get any forks or napkins in the take out bag. Read more
